The selection is always great, they're sales are better than any black Friday or boxing day sale you could ever imagine. They are super knowledgeable on the products as well as the community and they have a piece for anything you could imagine. It's a one-stop-shop for all of your smoking needs! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my neighbourhood head shop for a while but I never bothered to stop in until recently -- and man, am I regretting not coming in sooner! I didn't get a chance to get the ~full tour as they were limiting access due to COVID (which I *so* appreciate -- extra thanks for keeping your customers and staff safe!), but even what I could see from the entrance was incredible. Even more so was the customer service -- I totally neglected to catch her name, but the woman who greeted and helped me was so welcoming, friendly, and patient with my questions! She took time to make sure I got the best deal on what I was picking up -- which wasn't hard, as their stuff is really reasonably priced. Will definitely be back in the future!

The staff there always suggested something better or gave me something even better then what I would've purchased. I'm glad this store exists here and the staff are well behaved. Keep up the good work.
