I was not there, but my husband spoke very highly of him. We have been dealing with this business for many years especially with parts department for things like fridge water filters, etc. The lady in parts is exceptionally good and friendly. I would highly recommend this business for many of your needs. They removed our old fridge at no cost and finally the two delivery people were also awesome. Helped to make a trying experience less stressfull

They have many spare parts from different companies. This place is located in south Edmonton. They follow the pandemic protocol. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.

The entire experience is always positive and professional. And Ilove the service department! They are efficient and always let me know when to expect them. They have the best service technicians. Our salesperson Lana was far and away the very best Appliance salesperson I have ever had! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She even printed off and mailed all of my manuals when I wasn’t able to get them myself from the website. She went over and above to make my experience enjoyable and positive. The selection of appliances was vast compared to major stores and prices were reasonable also. A gentleman by the name of Greg Lamorie had approached us & asked if we needed any assistance. We informed him that we were looking for a fridge & stove. He asked us questions on our preference of brand & showed us in detail what the store had to offer. Even though we weren't buying on that particular day, Greg still did some measurements for us and gave us valuable information on each product, I was very impressed by his service & product knowledge. 2 weeks later I had decided to purchase from Trial Appliances & visited the store & asked for Greg since I was so happy with the service he provided that I wanted to make sure I get the same sales person. Greg was again very helpful and spent a lot of time with us showing us several ranges. He explained in detail delivery options & fees. You can ask any question about appliances, Greg is the guy who will help you genuinely 100%. Greg truly cares about his customers & goes the extra mile to help you find what you are looking for.
