About Koko Beach Hot Tubs

There are additional considerations to be made if you are ordering a cover with rounded corners. Be sure to measure all corners to determine if they are all the same size (note: a slightly smaller radius will slightly overhang the spa while a larger radius will not cover the spa completely). One method of determining a spa’s corner radius is to use a carpenter’s framing square. Hold it up against the corner of the spa as you see in the diagram. The radius of the corner is the distance between “A” and “B”. Alternatively, it is acceptable to place a sheet of white 8 x 11 paper over the top of the corner, draw a line (tracing) of the corner, and fax it along with the order sheet.

We have always had great service and can’t say enough good things about Tony (owner) and Koko Beach. Early on we almost had Tony on speed dial 24-7 being novice hot tub owners! Tony is always polite, helpful, and professional. In fact, Tony went above and beyond and helped us by storing our hot tub between moving into our new house for over a year despite having limited space. This is just one of many good things we can write about Tony and Koko Beach (as we could probably write a few pages)! Great service, honest and great people!

P	Philip Levesque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are new owners of our first "new to us" hotub. We live over 2 hours away from Edmonton but anyone closer to us could not look at it for over 2 weeks. We called Koko Beach because they were who the previous owners had bought the tub from and always used for servicing. From the first phone call they were fantastic. They helped over the phone and gave me great instructions for removing the pump to get it in to them (to save us the cost of a service call). We were able to get the pump out and take it into them that day. We were expecting to leave it with them and come back later in the week to pick it up. They were close to closing on a Saturday but they took a look at it right away and said they could fix it now to save us a trip back and save us from potentially freezing our tub. They stayed late on a Saturday and fixed it right away. We were super impressed with the fact that this is the first time we have called them and got such great service.

T	Tom King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATED I needed to pick up a power cable for our SpaBerry Hot Tub last weekend and my friend had bought one here previously so I decided to call them. They answered the phone promptly and were friendly. They did have one in stock and I was able to pick it up and do an install before the water in the tub got too cold and possibly freeze the pump. The price had gone up by $9 from the last time my friend bought it from them a few years ago but the part that bothered me was it appears the cable may have been used. The pre-crimped neutral wire had the loop cut from it and it was clear the wires were frayed a bit showing they had possibly used it somewhere else. The neutral wire was fine as the connector was flat but the part that bothered me was the plug was wrapped in a foam wrapping. When I got home and removed it, it was clear the cable had been dragged somehow to wear some of the protective plastic from it so I am guessing this was to avoid any further damage. The cable does work and I had no issues installing it, but I feel it was a little back handed way of hiding the wear on the "New" cable. I did mention to the guy checking me in the price increase and he said, yah I guess it has gone up. I think it should have at least been reduced in price a bit knowing it was previously used. Either way, I got the cable, I installed it and it works. Hence giving 4 stars. Thank you to Manager Tony for responding to my review. As the HotTub is working I will leave the cable in place.
P	Paul Doucette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have owned my hot tub (From Koko Beach) for 27 years. My wife and I have used it an average of twice a week throughout all that time. Suffice to say we are VERY happy with the tub! That being said, it has been part of our family for a long while, and things do break down from time to time. This is where I am REALLY IMPRESSED by their level of service. Tony has answered my call each and every time - he remembers my name and even exactly where the breaker is in the house. I don't need to wait around as I trust him completely to make the best decision of a repair and always give me the honest and fair price. It is now 1:30 PM as I write this. The pressure switch went (1st time ever by the way) last night. I called him this morning . . . It is done - fixed - and we will be back soaking tonight! If I could give him 10 stars I would - 5 doesn't seem to be enough!
