We were told that buying a hot tub would be 6 month wating game. Not at World of Spas, they had tubs in stock. In three weeks from walking into the showroom we enjoyed our first soak.
Having a hot tub is a game changer!

The road to my tub finally arriving was long due to inventory shortages but Jeff kept me in the loop a long the way. I can truly say that honesty, integrity and a genuine customer service approach was a welcomed bonus. Go see the the people at world of Spa and they will answer your questions and provide you with a great product. It is also important to mention that 24 hour hot tub provided me with fast and quality work to install my tub. Thanks to Jeff and the gang at World of Spa.

We ordered our hot tub from here. After shipping delays we were not likely going to be able to install the hot tub before the snow came.
Jeff managed to get us set up with a unit from their flagship line - Master Spas. It do cost a bit more but he gave us an exceptional deal.
The unit was delivered Nov 3. We had water in and heated by Nov 4th.
After that, I struggled getting the water balanced and clear. I went to see Jeff and he suggested a new product. I tried it and have had great results.
Thanks to Jeff and his team for the exceptional service both pre and post sale.
Highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been two weeks since I got my new master spas twilight series hot tub from Stephan and the gang at world of spas on 99 street in Edmonton. The set up guys, Dave and Darcy, did a fantastic job making sure my spot was level and ready. Their professionalism and knowledge were very helpful. Placing took some muscle but between the three of us we got her placed. The water truck showed up right on cue, crystal water out of stony plain, and filled my tub.
Overall between the sales and delivery set up all went very smooth.
Now just to get the deck finished.
Thanks to Stephan Darcy and Dave and the whole gang at World of Spas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When other companies are asking customers to wait 6 or more months for their spas, World of Spas delivers! After doing my research online, I walked into the store on a Wednesday...Jeff explained all the features of the two MasterSpas that I had on a shortlist, and I was enjoying my Tub on Saturday! (I bought the Twilight Series 8.2)
The sales process, delivery, and install were amazing. Even more importantly is the after sale service. Everyone on staff are very knowledgeable and have done a great job of teaching me the ins and outs of keeping my water crystal clear. It is reassuring to know that if I ever have a question, World of Spas will be there to answer them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Jeff who was great in answering all our questions. The service and installation teams were great. Now for the tub - love it. Gets used every day tegardless of outside temp. Even used when was -35C over Chrustmas. Feels like a mini vacation everytime we use it.
