★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brett was amazing to deal with. Rented a hot tub for a month, what a treat ! Spa country brought the tub, found the perfect place for it , filled it, and set up all the correct PH levels ! Within 2 days we were enjoying a hot tub in our own back yard. Brett was very accessible whenever I had questions and extremely professional in every dealing. When they picked it up, they drained it (in -30’f - which I’m sure was not easy!) , cleaned it and took the tub away. When we are ready to buy , we will for sure be using Spa Country!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a hot tub in November for a month and the people from Spa Country were awesome - they delivered it, got it all ready and all I needed was a regular out door plug. They answered all my questions and gave me be some great tips on how to change the jets, etc. It came with all the supplies we would need and after a few days to let it warm up we got to enjoy it almost every night with our family. We loved it so much we even kept it for an extra month. They even came by after the first month and changed the filter and brought more chemicals including ones that stopped the bubbles from forming from our detergent in our bathing suits. Great service and quality product and we will definitely be return customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot tub stopped working on day one of the long weekend and our hot tub dealer service department was closed for three days until Tuesday. We phoned Scott form Spa Country, who was so very helpful. Over the phone he asked me all kinds of questions and determined which one of the fuses had blown and why it happened. I met him and he gave me a few fuses. Scott saved the day and saved me lots of money.
Although I didn’t purchase my hot tub from Spa Country I will call Scott for service, repairs and my future hot tubs.

Scott(co-owner) helped me diagnose problem, which ended up being heater element. Within 24 hours, the part was ordered& installed by Brett(co-owner). Quote was actually more than final invoice, highly recommend!

Brett, Scott and Dalen are nothing but professional. From sale to install and even a service call to make sure nothing was leaking when I over filled my tub. We can’t recommend them enough if you are planning to purchase a spa. We love our tub and our experience was fantastic. Thank you Spa Country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just received delivery of our new Bullfrog R7L this week. The dynamic duo at Spa Country are simply amazing.
Last summer we talked with Scott (co-owner) about hot tubs. He is an extremely honest sales rep with high integrity. We talked about everything including issues that customers had experienced. There was no high pressure sales tactics nor bashing of the competition. Just some honest and fair discussions done in the most pleasant fashion possible. Prior to even committing to a purchase we had a private test night. It happened to be Scott again which was great so that my wife could hear first hand from Scott what I had been telling her.
When it came time for the delivery, Brett (co-owner) came out with his amazing side kick Dalen and did an excellent job on the setup and getting us going with the new Bullfrog. Both were amazing and Brett is equally as great on the delivery side of the business as Scott is on the sales. We couldn't be any happier having purchased from Spa Country.
If you are looking at getting a hot tub, there likely isn't anyone better locally than the dynamic duo of Scott and Brett for sales and servicing of hot tubs.
