After having a terrible experience from a different car lot, I decided to buy my 2011 Audi TDI from here and it was the best sales experience. This car came to me fully detailed in the best condition possible. Everyone here was so helpful, awesome, and friendly. 11/10 for this business!!

Big liars when selling the cars. Selling cars very costly. When We purchase the car from them. They sell us with extra warranty guarantee of $2000 and never told us about that. This warranty is useless. They try to make people fool. Also told us that the financing of the car will be of 5 years, we were in hurry and trust them and sign the agreement without read it. After 3.5 years now when I call the bank then got to know that our car financing is actually 5.5 year. Car was also very much expensive and got more expensive with extra non useable warranty and financing period. Please never listen to them and always read the agreement properly. Liars. I wish that I can use more bad words for them.

I was looking at buying a car from these guys. I’m from Calgary and couldn’t see the car in person so I had a few questions about the car and wanted a few close up pictures of the vehicle. Apparently this was a tall order for them. Then I asked if the wheels were in good shape with no curb rash. Then the finance manager Emmanuel told me he’s not going to bend over backwards for me…… huh!! Needless to say these guys customer service is a joke and I would highly advise against buying a car from them. Never dealt with a more unprofessional dealership. Seriously people DONT BUY HERE!!!!!! Response: Once again bent over backwards?? Please. The worst customer service I possibly have ever experienced. To much to ask for photos? Oh and demanding by telling you I wasn’t paying your outrageous administration fees of 699.00 and telling you I didn’t want your 3rd party warranty for 2200.00. You guys were going to have to try a little harder if you think you were going to pull a fast one on me. Sad part is I’m sure you guys find plenty of innocent people to try your greasy tactics on. And yes after dealing with your BS for two days I finally had enough and told you to shove that car up your A**.

Praminder is great guy. Bought a slightly used Nissan and was very happy. After the terrible and offensive sales managers at Goauto kept looking and found this dealer lot. Praminder went above and beyond and even fixed something on the suv. 5/5 stars

We were lied to and ripped off today by Capital Car and Truck. 5830 99st, Edmonton, AB, T6E 3N9. We bought a used vehicle from them today after they told us the car was gone through by their mechanic who found no issues with the vehicle except that the tire and engine light sensors need replacing. We drove the car off the their lot and not two hours later had to stop by the side of the road because the low oil pressure light came on. We stopped and checked the oil only to find that it had no oil. My husband had to walk 5 blocks to find a place to by oil. He then had to walk the five blocks back to the car. Once the oil was replaced we drove the car back to Capital however had to make a second stop because the low oil pressure light came back on and the warning told us to stop engine.. We checked the oil again it was fine however the pressure was still low. We finally arrived back at Capital and they refused to return the bank draft and instead wrote a cheque. We wanted the draft back however they refused and wrote a cheque instead. We also asked for a reimbursement for the 12.00 oil we purchased and they refused saying that we should have called a tow truck instead. We were upset after going through this and let it been known to the sales person we dealt with. He then told me I was being rude. I disagreed. He then started swearing at me. My response was that this is not over. Social media will be used in order to warn others not to buy a used vehicle from Capital Car and Truck. These people did not even offer us a ride home. These people let us drive this car off the lot knowing that it was not looked at by anyone after sitting on their lot for a month. Oh yeah, and when we asked to take it for a test drive it was almost entirely empty of fuel so we couldn't drive it very far. So no gas and no oil for a car that was looked by their mechanic?

bought a jeep compass here. When i left the lot there was less then a quarter tank of fuel in the tank and check engine light came on right away. I registered and insured the vehicle, after 2 days i was called to return it because they failed to tell me it was in a collision years ago. An apology would have been nice.
