★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to surprise my wife with a new GLE350 on Christmas morning. Because of the delay caused by Covid-19 on pretty much all vehicles the timing just wasn’t realistic.
Instead I brought my wife to the dealership where we met with Francois. Francois was amazing to deal with, friendly (always smiling), extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (and trust me there were a lot) thoroughly.
We ended up building a vehicle to suite our needs. Francois knew a lot about what was important to have in the car and what wasn’t really necessary. He was never pushy during this phase and allowed us to customize the vehicle with as little or as many add ons as we wanted.
It was supposed to be about 6 months to get the vehicle and Francois kept us in the loop the hole time with update emails. When the rates went up in February he was quick enough to lock us in at the lower rate which was offered in January thus saving us significant money over the course of the lease.
When the car was delivered it actually arrived a month or two early and we were very excited. But when we showed up to pick it up I honestly think Francois was more excited then us. He had put a big red bow on it and spent hours going through all the options the vehicle offered.
Francois has also done a great job staying in touch since our purchase and almost has me convinced my next car will also be a Mercedes.
Anyone looking for a great car salesmen Francois is your guy!

Every day I sit in my car to drive to my office, I smile and thanks God for how grateful I am to end up with the exact car I had in mind for myself. I never knew about Mercedes Benz Durham have such a Professional and Friendly stuff and I'd go back to them a thousand more times. The financial services manager, Julia, was also very helpful. She provided me with so much information about different warranties and assisted me through the approval process.
