Bought my minivan from them in March 2021. Mike was awesome. I had low expectations and planned to settle for whatever lower priced used vehicle I could get...hopefully with less than 200000K and newer than 10 yrs old. He got me financed for my dream vehicle. Yes, my dream vehicle was a minivan. A 2019 Grand Caravan with only 50000K on it and within the payment amount I set. He went above and beyond for me and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership.
Fast forward to August 4th 2021: I was getting my vehicle serviced at a Dodge dealership and they proceeded to freak me out with a warning that my oil change might become a nearly $1000 expense due to a risk of cracking my oil cooler assembly system. Contacted House of Cars as the last company to perform an oil change on my vehicle prior to purchase and Steve from the service department had me bring it in right away. He took it into the shop right after I got there and completed the oil change without any issues or concerns. I was frantic and he was patient and friendly and ultimately helped me to calm myself and breathe.
I can't thank these gentlemen enough for the positive experiences they provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new transmission in my SUV. Mostly dealt with Dan and Erwin in the front. I was thinking about trading up, but these guys gave me the best quote I found on the replacement, and helped me see the value in the vehicle I'm currently in. The name of the in house mechanic slipped my mind but he was courteous, thorough and friendly. Haven't had a problem with my vehicle since taking it there and needless to say, when I'm in the market for a new vehicle, house of cars will be my first choice. They are friendly, professional, and the facility is very nice and clean. 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend was looking for a car so she sent in a inquiry and we got a phone call from a gentleman named James. We spoke on the phone and had a good conversation about vehicles and life , we had made a appointment with him and wasn't able to make it so we rescheduled more then once, and James was always understanding. We finally made it in on a Saturday and met James (he came in on his day off to accommodate us ) he was friendly , very easy going, personable , and not pushy at all. we had a great experience with James and his staff. We looked at a few cars, then took a look at one that was in the price range of what we wanted , and sold! Not only did did they help us with a car, but they found us the best price on insurance as my girlfriend kept getting ridiculously high prices . they really came through more then once . it was a fun time as well

My credit score wasn't the best and when it came to shopping around the city I was left feeling as if i was a walking check for the salesman at all of the big auto dealers in Edmonton. House of cars has change my experience as a vehicle buyer. I was assisted by the general manager Adam and the sales associate Harris which whom both presented me with professionalism and a feeling of kindness and the ability to cater to my needs, they gave me a breakdown of numbers and even explained how financing works as a new buyer. They are consistent on making sure every client leaves with a smile and that all paper work and financial numbers make complete sense to the buyer prior to signing off and that there are no stones left unturned. It is said car salesmen are shady but at House of Cars I have only experienced a simple and easy transaction and staff that are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I look forward to purchasing a second car for my wife and build a relationship with the owner and the General manager Adam.

Very friendly, and helped me leave WITH a vehicle, the same day, in around 3 hours. I highly recommend dealing with James if you ever choose to do business with House of Cars. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. James was not pushy at all and truly wanted to help us get into the vehicle that would suit us best. James got us a great deal on a 2020 Ford Escape titanium hybrid when we came in with a 2013 Chevy equinox. We couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the experience with James. He has been the best sales person we have dealt with to date.
