★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went and traded in my Volkswagen Beetle for a Mazda 3 and I am very pleased with my experience. When I first inquired about the Mazda 3 Nigel answered all my questions and didn’t rush me when I decided I wanted to take my time with looking. He was very professional and easy to talk to and made the whole process stress free. He was even kind enough to give me a quick refresher on driving manual because it has been a while since my last manual car. I am beyond happy with my new car and very grateful with how helpful Nigel was. If I ever am ever to need another car in the future I will definitely be back to Whitby Mazda.

From the sales staff, the business office, parts and service to management, ALL aspects of this dealership deserve more than 5 stars. I have found myself in a tough spot with my vehicle a few times and the Whitby Mazda team treats me like one of their own, every single time. Well worth the visit and continued re-visits for service.

My sales rep Jay Hatch was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, accommodating and from what I can tell very experienced with selling cars. The finance manager Jesse, was also exceedingly helpful and approachable! I received an amazing trade in value for my 2016 Mazda 3 and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or trade in their car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down best experience from Nigel!! I’ve had my fair share of purchasing vehicles and by far the best service I’ve had from a dealership. Shopping for a car wasn’t daunting but was rather enjoyable. Not only was he friendly, he was super professional and down to earth. He welcomed me straight away and also was amazing with my dog. Brought my growing puppy to check out cars and Nigel was super accommodating. If I could rate him 10 stars, beyond criteria, I definitely would!!!
