★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this building. Constant issues, doors locking up, ceiling leaks, fans don’t work, took 2 months to finish putting in windows and doors, owners who provide band aid solutions who aren’t interested in their tenants enjoyment of the property. And as you would expect, they expect my to put fresh paint on for the next tenant. See photos for how I left this place. Poor show after almost 3 years of on time payments and zero complaints. You can do better elsewhere.
