From the outside they look worn down, but they are much nicer inside, very well built and very reasonably priced

management is very rude and hard to deal with and after moving out and having the unit cleaned and painted they still tryd charging over 1000 for both services and did not notify me only sent it to collections

Been living here for 13 years and ever since the switch over to McCor Management, there has been no filtration of who is accepted as tenants. Also, they haven't done anything about my rowdy neighbors who just shot a cat with a pellet gun at 3:45am.... add that to the list of "why we should evict someone but won't ever do it".

I LOVE living here. Trina and Fina are the best ever. They have helped me through the most difficult year of my life. If it wasn't for them I would be out on the street and homeless. High five ladies !!

I lived next door to Jasmine, and Nick McQuik obviously hasn’t lived in one of these townhouses before. They are not much nicer inside, not well built but hey the rents cheap. Current McCor management and landlord are not very good. No maintenance, won’t fix anything and when they do it’s not done well or finished at all and always leave messes behind. The crazy neighbors got evicted finally, it’s actually pretty quite most of the time apart from a few drunk people being loud in the middle of the night once in a while. As for the townhouses themselves, when someone moves out of a unit all they do is patchwork and basically paint everything white. Again and again. Like the walls are textured and wavy you can tell where it’s been patched, a lot of old wooden windows that they were by replace even if the window breaks they won’t actually put in a new window, just replace glass. Some bathroom windows are newer. You’ll see what I’m talking about when you do a walk through. On mine the lady said she was surprised how nice this unit was compared to some of the other ones.... like really then how bad are the rest? Cuz mine isn’t that great, old stove and fridge, loud fridge, thermostat is difficult to turn on, old wiring, outlets loose, not enough outlets, no outlets in basement, lack of lighting bring lots of lamps. Everything is just kind of half done and then painted white. The entire unit is white, white walls white ceiling white railing white doors, white door hinges, white door handles, you see where I’m going with this. Bulb breaker panel, ancient heater which works well but wasted a lot of energy, it’s so old it has the white plaster they used for old asbestos removal. All in all these are really affordable townhouses, but they aren’t worth 5 star rating for that reason alone. I’ve had a lot of issues trying to deal with management and have been very frustrated too many times. Just recently we stopped receiving mail from Canada post due to sidewalks not being cleared.

I honestly have had no issues. Rent is reasonable. I had moved out of holyrood 2 years ago to move right back a year later. I simply just love the area. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. The units are old and may not be pretty to look at from the outside but they are what you make it. Not to mention it’s a roof over our heads. My son has plenty of space inside and outside! Oppose to him having to be cooped up in a apartment!

Recently moved in here and was quite happy with the experience. Trina was very helpful and accommodating. Made the whole process as easy as possible. Had some furnace issues the first weekend but they were fixed as soon as possible and I was kept updated the whole time. As for the unit it's self, they're very old buildings so they're run down and have been patched up and renovated many times. But they still hold up and for how cheap they are it's exactly what you should expect. Overall if you're looking for a decent place with a good amount of space for a good price, these work. If you expect them to be perfect and new and flawless than you're obviously new to renting. Cheers :)
