★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually live next door to the Cascade. It looks like its NOT very well managed. The garbage bins at the back are in the middle of the road. People have disposed of a mattress on the ground by the garbage and now it's the box spring. There's a whole in the lawn east of the building which has been there from the beginning of the build. The outside parking at the back is unfinished. The back alley should have been redone by PK Development as well as the original location for the garbage bins. Total irresponsibility. I wouldn't move there if I was paid to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cascade condos is a wonderful building. Situated in the vibrant community of Bonnie Doon, steps away from the Faculte Saint Jean and the Mill Creek Ravine, and a short Uber to all that Whyte Ave has to offer.
It's more than just a building, it is a small community of individuals who believe in the benefit of sharing the responsibility to create and maintain their beautiful home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a condo in this building for the last two years. While I loved the actual condo (modern, bright, quiet) and the fact that it’s in such a great area, in general living at Cascades wasn’t the most pleasant. The owners have quite a bit of disdain for renters and speak disrespectfully of them. No one can seem to figure out who should park where in the parkade. Several parkade break-ins resulted in wild accusations. The condo board will communicate openly about small oil stains in the parkade, but are curiously silent on tenant disputes. Maybe because renters are involved. In summary, the building is nice but the building community is not very neighborly making it feel awkward and unwelcoming to live there (esp if you’re a renter).
