★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me a car with a defective manual transmission and are refusing to fix it. There has already been 5K worth of repairs and it is still not fixed.
5K of repairs! On a car I bought from them for 15K.
I stretched my budget and now have a broken car.
I was assured verbally that any pre existing major mechanical issues would be taken care of should they exist. Ironically the finance guy said specifically "even if it needs a new transmission we will take care of it".
Well , that's exactly what this used car they sold me needs and they refuse to accept responsibility.
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long line up for oil change! But oil change service is really fast once you reached the service bay. The staff are friendly and polite. Definitely coming back again and would recommend friends and families to have their car service here too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy your HONDA parts from here. Other Honda dealers will give you better prices. I called and I made an enquiry about a door rubber seal that I needed replaced for my CRV. It was coming from their warehouse out of Montreal, Quebec. I obtained the part number and called another Honda Dealer to check pricing. Same part, same part number, same shipping location: exactly $30.00 cheaper. Save your money !
