Since 1992, Scorpion Truck Stuff had been dedicated to providing a high quality experience to all of our customers. Over the years we have grown from starting out of a garage, to a shop, to our present location. We have expanded our product offerings along the way, thanks to the effort of our staff and, most importantly, to the support of our customers.
Scorpion Truck Stuff started out by manufacturing wood products. From toolboxes to pak rats, to wooden box liner with toolboxes built as an all in one. We also customize vans by building wooden floors to shelf units. We specialize in customer projects where we can make anything for a customer’s personal wants and needs. From there, we added truck accessories to make it one shop stop for our customers.
We are a family run business that prides ourselves in our honesty, integrity, competitive pricing and our outstanding customer service. Scorpion Truck Stuff began with one man’s dream, and that man can still be seen and heard at the sales counter. Troy is always available to help with any questions or concerns a staff or customer has and is more than willing to show you his newest projects! Just ask him about his 1965 GMC or his 1939 Ford that he is rebuilding if you have some time to spare he will be more than willing to share with a big smile of his face and pride in his work!

I now have had to go somewhere else to fix the issue they wouldn't fix. I will make sure all my truck friends stay clear of this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay clear. We ordered a topper with a ladder rack & told them the color. They gave us a quote so we ordered it and then after ordering, they tell us they have to charge extra for the color. A few weeks go by and we phone them to see if the topper is in yet, they said it never got ordered!! We were in need of this topper ASAP & it ended up taking 12 weeks to come in. We had to call them to get updates, they’d never call us. On top of that the ladder rack didn’t come in so one employee said “I don’t think it comes with one” so he didn’t know anything, which of course we ordered one because we can’t fully do our job without a ladder rack. So they tried to install one they bought somewhere in Edmonton which didn’t fit or work so we waited even longer for the ladder rack. With all this inconvenience they only gave us $200 off. Terrible. Unorganized and no effort in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices on parts and services. Got fender flares, mud flaps and a levelling kit installed. Would especially recommend if you wanted to get fender flares painted - they did for almost half the cost of other shops and it’s is still holding up four years later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a thoroughly horrible experience with Scorpion.
I discussed at length with their customer service rep what I wanted to order, asked clarifying questions, and placed a deposit for a Leer canopy. Two months later I went in to have it installed.
After it was installed, I found that they had not brought in what I ordered. They knew a month before delivery that they would not be able to deliver the canopy as ordered, but failed to notify me. Specifically, I ordered a door with ventilation in it, and they delivered the canopy with a non-vented door. They also gave me incorrect information regarding the roof rack fitment on the canopy.
In response to my concerns, the owner offered to cut a hole in the top of my canopy and fit a vent in the top. When I questioned the own of Scorpion about what effect that would have on the warranty, he said "well, I will handle the warranty here". Based on their behavior so far, I have zero interest in Scorpion being my only recourse in the event of a problem with the canopy.
Additionally, he attempted to cast doubt on whether or not they had notified me of the problem. If a businessperson's response to a customer service issue is to tell the customer that they are lying, that speaks volumes about their approach.
Needless to say, I will not be conducting any business with Scorpion in the future.
