★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They knew nothing about the products they are selling, asked to have my fender flares 2 sides tapped on the inside to avoid salt and dirt from getting in and promoting rust, and also stops then from vibrating through the paint guy told me off and said he have been doing this for years and he don’t tape em because fender flares just do all that stuff.i do not recommend letting any of these drop outs touch your truck bring you truck to a actual body shop not these goof balls, also guy from work had his truck damaged at their shop was like pulling teeth to get them to make it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys provided the greatest service ever!!!! Took my Taco in for a light bar installation and headlight trouble and they got everything working finally after Lexus dealership screwed it up royally!!! I would recommend this store anytime!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go to the truck outfitters. I took my new truck (less than 1000kms) to the truck outfitters on oct 11 for a bed liner. They called me at about 1030 am to let me know that they hit my truck with another truck in their shop. I instructed them to get an estimate done so I would know what kind of repairs I was looking at. By Oct 15th they had done nothing, i had to take a day off work, go pick up my truck, and get estimates done myself. I was told by the manager that I could take the truck to a shop of my choosing to have the repairs done. I brought them copies of my estimates and told them I will wait for their go ahead to book my tuck in. again no call back by Oct 21. I finally got to talk to the GM Steve Pinch, he told me we have to use a body shop of his choosing, took away the offer to go anywhere I would pick, told me there will be no compensation for my wasted time, effort, and the $6000 damage to my brand new truck and said if I keep pushing him I would have to go through insurance. finally got my insurance involved yesterday, I wouldn't let these idiots work on a hot wheels toy car.
Funny when I was in the store I heard salesmen asking customers to leave positive reviews on google and facebook because the GM likes to see a high rating........... no one asked me for a review, I guess they are afraid the truth will get out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing and will take care of you. Instead of charging me for parts to fix my girlfriends tonneau cover they showed me how to fix it with basic parts from a hardware store saving me a lot of money. In the past they sold me a tonneau cover, box liner and lights for my truck at an incredible deal and over the years have quickly dealt with and concerns or issues I've had with any of the products or installations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easiest and best service I've received while shopping for aftermarket parts. I went in looking for a tonneau cover and worked with Jeff who made the experience simple and enjoyable. He quickly sorted out what I was looking for in a cover and found me one at an amazing price point, and brought it in from a warehouse the next business day. I'm from out of town now but used to live here and I'm thanking my lucky stars that I chose to head in to this location to do my searching. Really, really pleased. Would and will reccomend the truck outfitters and Jeff to a good friend, they'll be well taken care of. He didnt even allow me to carry the cover out and put it in the box of my own truck, Jeff insisted that he would take it out for me. Unreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband needed a box cover and levelling kit for his truck. Truck Outiftters had everything in stock and was eager to do the installation. It was all done on the same day he called, and for an excellent price. Six weeks later, he is still very happy with the products, the quality of the work and the service. That was easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For starters I hired them to put a trailer hitch on that had 10000 lbs towing compacity. I also wanted an electric brake installed on my truck so that I could haul a trailer with electric brakes. I did have issues with the electric brake system. It was not their fault. They fixed it free of charge and now they are working properly. I would give 6 stars if I could because these guys went way above the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of dealing with these folks. I needed some bolts for my truck topper, they told me they had some used ones that I could just have.
I was also looking for a light bar, and the worker came out to look at my truck. He advised which light bars would work with my truck, and explained that a bigger / fancier one would not be the best option.
Super pleasure to come here, I will definitely be back for my truck accessories.
