★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a woman, I occasionally feel patronized when dealing with automotive matters. However, Rick at NAPA Auto Parts provided excellent customer service and was respectful and professional. I purchased a locking gas cap for my new vehicle and the price is unbeatable here! I also asked for advice regarding my spare tire in the bed of my truck, and received a professional answer. I have been a customer of Part Source previously, and have shopped there pretty much based on location NOT excellence in customer service or good prices, but I will now be a loyal and repeat customer to this NAPA store! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, Rick (the man in charge?) got very defensive and condescending when being asked about the specifics of return policy. "I have no time to educate on the basics of ...." A customer making inquiries about the quality of your merchandise doesn't elevate you to a place to talk down to people like that. If you have no time to talk about things like that, perhaps you shouldn't do retail.

From when I was a beginner at working on my car, to as I got better, they have always been very kind and helpful. One incident that sticks out in my mind is when they fixed a problem that a corporate run NAPA store created, even though it was at their own expense. They truly have amazing customer service. I appreciate everything they do, and I will continue to return for as long as I can keep doing work on my own cars. PLEASE keep up the amazing work everyone who works here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abysmal experience at this location. I had bought an oil filter and oil for an oil change and normally I go to part source but I happened to be in the area. The gentleman who helped me out had sold me the wrong part, due to no fault of his own but rather their system. This led to a disaster of a home oil change and me having to go buy new parts at partsource. When I went to return the parts I bought from Napa, the on shift manager had the audacity to insist that I was the one who did the oil change wrong and have been buying the wrong parts all along (even though out of 7 oil changes this is the first time this has happened). He offered a refund on the filter claiming it was defective but couldn’t guarantee the oil refund. Not really worth my time to go back there for $8 and to talk to that manager again to be honest. Very disappointed by the customer service at this location. I’ve learned my lesson and will only be going to partsource now.

Customer service is efficient...meaning they are good with quick questions but don't expect them to take loads of time to teach. Do your research at home and then head to the store to pick up what you need. They will get you exactly what you need.
