★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is as 'big box' as an auto parts store gets around here. Longer hours than other parts stores, which is nice if you want to work on your car on weekday evenings. Rotating sales on fluids so you can usually find reasonable prices for maintenance supplies. Never had a problem with the service or the parts they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience all round. Service was friendly and professional. Bruce looked up the parts I needed, helped me find them, and helped carry them out to my car. Prices were fair and the manager made sure a discrepancy was in my favor. The store was well organized an easy to navigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon purchase they asked for my information so they could put me in the system, telling me that this could be used in the event of a return. When I went to return, the attendant ask for a receipt, I explained I didn't have it with me but had one in the system. he told me that it didn't matter and he needed a receipt. The gentleman was terrible at customer service and had no desire to help me, was standoffish and rude . I would avoid this location at all costs, go to any one of the many Canadian Tire locations that are also part sources or one of the other multiple parts sources that pepper the city. Just a terrible experience. I will never return
