Ass.Manager Keith was the one who helped us out when we mentioned our situation.
Afterwords even after he was full and busy with other customer he helped out us.
Result I made it for my flight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I've been purchasing tires here for over 10 years, of late, I've had repeated poor results. Last year, brought in two mounted passenger side winter tires for bead leaks; was told it repair would be same day, found out only one was complete when I went to pick them up. It eventually took days to have them done, only to find one still leaked. I mentioned this to management, and simply put it down as a fluke, and left the issue until next season. This year, I took the same two wheel and tire assemblies in for the same repair, was told one needed replacement, which was sourced, ordered and installed. In the WRONG ORIENTATION (directional tires) the other was repaired as desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this office to change my winter tires . They told me that one of the tires has damaged studs and they told me that I can’t have my vehicle back and it has to be fixed in the store and rim which was damaged need to be replaced too .. I accepted and rhe next day when I went to pick up my car , they told me that they have only changed the studs not the rim , I was mad and the manager told me that only three studs has been damaged so I am confused they have charged for 6 studs then they told me only three studs and they didn’t even change the rim and also the tires pressure was not checked when they install my new tires and they also over priced me with the quote for replacing the control arm ball joint too.
In general it was a terrible experince and I won’t be going this kaltire store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally frequent a different Kal Tire in the West End but have gone here a couple times as it is close to my work and I have not been impressed with the service at all.
I have had to bring my vehicle back after an alignment multiple times as they could (would) not get my steering wheel straight, I don't expect perfection (I drive a dodge) but 5-10° out is ridiculous, especially after the second time it's brought back.
What really turned me off this location was the most recent service I had (oil change and alignment). I brought my own filter and oil and said I wanted my own stuff used, the tech didn't use my filter and I wasn't told that my filter wasn't used until I saw it on my seat when I picked the truck up. The filter was at least changed but follow simple directions. I also tried to get an alignment done and was told that my low ball joints were "out of spec" so they didn't do it. Fair enough but when I asked how bad they were out of spec and what spec is I was told "the tech could feel by hand" and that I needed new lower control arms/ball joints. The quote was outrageous, 50% more for parts than the dealership on something that I'm trusting the feel from someone else when 2 weeks earlier the dealership inspection said they were fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to buy a mew set of tires unexpectedly. Their website was easy to browse and I didn’t find any hidden costs with the estimate as opposed to when I paid my bill. This is rare as many companies seem to find excuses to charge more. I was treated very well compared to other places. Often women aren’t treated equally when getting car repairs done I have noticed but this was not the case at Kal Tire. I’ll Definitely go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sat April 16th, I went to this location for a scheduled appointment for a seasonal tire swap. Never been to this location before and just booked here since I got the appointment at this location on the dates I was looking for.
Time keeping was really bad as they were running behind the schedule. Customer service was so so.
Plus, they were having their parking lot sweeping going on, while customers/staff were going in/out of the vehicles in the parking lot that was really annoying. Saturday is usually a busy day for most tire shops and they scheduled the parking lot sweeping on their busiest day.
All Kal Tire locations are closed on Sundays and the parking lot cleaning could to be conducted on a quieter day with an empty parking lot.
I didn't have any high expectations from this location and would not prefer to return to this location. Also not all tires were placed the right way (rims side up) at the back.
There are a couple of other locations in the city that do a lot better than this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using this location for several years, never had a single bad experience. Today I brought my car in for a seasonal changeover, they had it done quickly, and were able to fix a nail in one of my winter tires. Service advisors are always fantastic.
