★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Picking up rentals and dropping them back off is quick and efficient. Rental pricing is fair, some better than others when compared to other rental companies so just do your research beforehand. But all of the staff are always very friendly to deal with. They have a lovely section of guestbooks, cake toppers, signs, and other decorations that make a nice touch to any wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to work with and got a wonderful silver sequin backdrop from them for our wedding! They are easy to organize with and prompt with replies to questions. We picked it up the Friday and returned it the Monday. We did end up getting rentals during a sale time in the winter, as rentals can be pricey. 5/5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Special Event Rentals for our wedding in June 2017 and could not have been more pleased. We hired Elyse Colman as our month-of wedding coordinator and it was the best decision! She took all of the stress out of that crunch time. Making an order with them/her was very easy and she provided great suggestions. The company does price matching which was great as I found gold chiavari chairs offered through another company for cheaper. We opted for the delivery (obviously) and set-up and take-down which was the best decision! None of the guests or wedding party needed to be worrying about decorations or cleaning up - it was all taken care of. Thank you, Elyse!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So pricey and seems like there were new staff members, cause they were struggling about a balloon... and the girl in charge has to help to the girl, btw the girl helping was so sick, she had to talk whispering all that time and was coffin... she shouldn't be working in those conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented chairs for an out-of-town wedding and the sales staff were SUPER accommodating with our pick up & drop off timeframes. Very impressed with their customer service. The ‘Vinyard’ chairs are absolutely gorgeous and made the space look amazing!

The showroom is a fantastic space to put your ideas together and create a solid vision for your event - they have so many rental items to explore. The website is also a great resource to price things out while planning within your budget.
Pick up and drop off was easy and straight-forward. The consultants were thoughtful and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had. The items were clean, clearly labeled, and securely packed upon pickup.
We would definitely work with Special Event Rentals again!

They worked well with our vendors to ensure that delivery and pick-up were hassle-free so we could just focus on enjoying our beautifully decorated wedding. We would happily recommend Special Event Rentals.
