We have loved our hot tub. Artic Spa was so helpful to get the tub delivered to us quickly and as hot tub newbies they are always there to help us out.

We bought a house that came with an Artic spas hot tub.Alexa was very helpful by teaching us how balance/maintain the water and the filter we needed etc. We were also pleased to learn that the tubs and products are made locally ,in Thorsby and that Artic spas takes trade ins with removal of older hot tub included?

Brent was great salesperson to work with when buying our hot tub at the Edmonton airport location for Artic Spa. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and we had a lot of them! He followed up after he made the sale to ensure our tub was made and delivered when it was supposed to.

First Class from start to finish. From dealing with our thousand question to selecting the right tub Brent was excellent. Everything was in place and Brent was excellent in making sure we had no surprises. Ashton and his crew had us unloaded and hooked up in under an hour. The tub arrived with more options and controls than I was expecting. I have had a couple different tubs previously. The construction is solid, the jet configurations are excellent, dollar for dollar really can't see myself going back to the Beach****er brand anytime soon. I would recommend that anyone looking for a spa check these guys out.

Had a wonderful experience! New to hot tub ownership, I went in with a lot of questions. I came out with nothing but answers and support from Alexa! She helped us to get the essentials, and gave us an email and phone number to call or text if we needed anything else! If you're looking for a hot tub, or supplies, try Arctic Spas!

The worst service I have ever received. Purchased a hot tub from them in September and it had a 6-8 month build time which is understandable given the pandemic. Sales guy was super nice and friendly until he actually got the sale. Never heard from him once after the deposit was paid, no follow up or anything. Alot of empty promises from our sales guy such as "Get the salt water tub and you have zero maintenance or chemical testing" which was a complete lie. The delivery guys show up to install the tub and they start to go over all the things we have to do with the chemicals. This came as a complete shock and they weren't surprised. Both delivery guys said they have to explain this to customers always because the sales guys ALWAYS tell customers you do not have to add any chemicals. Sales guy also promised a follow up call when the tub was installed and "free gifts", needless to say we have received NOTHING. We have had the tub for 30 days and already there is a leak, call the sales guys and his response is "I cant do anything besides send an email to service but you'll have to call them yourself". I receive a phone call from service and her response is "maybe the pump needs to be tightened which we always tell our customers to do every time they change the water", like I said to her its been only 30 days I have not changed the water yet. She proceeds to tell me I can tighten the valves myself or she can send someone to fix it next week but if it is a pump issue, then it isn't covered under warranty anyways even though its only been 30 days. Such a disappointment as this is a big purchase and seems like all this company cares about is getting the sale, they do not care about following up with their customers or the customer service after they get your money. I will never recommend this brand/company to a friend. If anything, I would say its best to stay away and go somewhere else.

We received our hot tub beginning of September and we have had a few issues with it and when we tried to call tech support what a pain, they never answer the phone and when my wife finally got a hold of them its a 16 day wait for tech. To be honest the whole entire time dealing with this company has not been great from getting a hold of them for delivery to this tech issue so i can honestly say i would not recommend this brand of hot tub. And one of the issues we are having with the connectivity of spa boy seems to be a common issue not sure how they are going to fix that. I am hoping i never have a issue comes winter when its -30 as having wait that long is not good. update: Brent from the Arctic Spa Airport Outlet has followed up with me and he understands the concerns i am currently experiencing and they are pushing for improvements on there end.

Just wanted to send a quote note to Brent and the friendly staff at Arctic Spa. We have had our spa the "Cub" Signature with the SpaBoy feature since August 3rd and we love it. Simple and easy to operate with little to no maintenance! We have had one minor warranty issue and it was resolved within a few days. We fully recommend Arctic Spa! Thanks Brent Wayne & Nicola
