Extremely pushy sales people. The first guy we dealt with told us there was nothing in the store under 1000$. There are plenty of couches in there for less. He told us this one sectional was a firm price. A different sales lady comes over and tells us everything in the store is 100$ off. And when we said we wanted to sleep on the decision over which one we wanted, she told us that if we walk out the door the deal is done. That definitely made my mind up as a no for anything in the store. They also told us the couch we were looking at was on hold for someone else but they would give it to us. Very sketchy vibes.

I rarely post a negative review, but definitely a buyer beware situation! Slightly over a month ago we went into the store and purchased recliner couch and love seat, 2 lamps, coffee table and side tables, a large clock, dining table with six chairs, a mirror, and a leather child’s chair with ottoman. The sales lady was helpful at time of purchase and very pleasant. We spent a bit, and she threw in the warranty for us - as did the brick with a large item purchase, so not an uncommon practice. There was to be a wait for some of the items, which we were ok with. The couch, love seat, dining table and four chairs were delivered within a few days which was great although two of the dining chairs were missing. We contacted the store and were told that the chairs would be put aside for us for when we pick up the rest of our order. The original sales person also called and ensured that the two chairs had been put aside. This was ok with us. We have been back and forth to BC as this was a big move for us, and didn’t inspect or use the furniture in the first few weeks of living in our new home. Immediately upon opening we noticed a large scratch on the surface of the dining table and small scratches on a few of the chairs. Later we noticed a hole in the armrest of the love seat. We were called a few days ago and told that the rest of our order was ready for pick up. I asked if the dining chairs were there and ready to go as well and was told there were no chairs but we could take the floor models or wait upwards of six weeks for new ones. I told the guy about the hole in the love seat and was chastised for not calling within the first 72 hours, and pretty much to use my warranty - basically didn’t care. I didn’t bother discussing the big scratch on the table as it was clear he didn’t care. We didn’t call right away about any of it because we were going to ask about it when the rest of our stuff arrived, and truly hadn’t noticed within the first 72hrs. My husband went to the store today to pick the rest of our order up - he was told the dining chairs were not put aside for us, and they had been discontinued and it would be a long wait if any come at all so taking the floor models would be a better option, he was told there were no coffee table or end tables in the back and they had also been discontinued so basically had no choice but to take the floor models. The child’s leather chair and ottoman were good. Sadly what was meant to be a good experience has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for good customer service or quality “new” furniture!! There is a lot more that could be said regarding this transaction, but this review is lengthy enough and I’m sure will be helpful to some of you! Thanks for the floor models, the damaged goods, and the poor customer service!

We bought out recliner set and bedroom set here and it’s very nice, good quality. Our sales associate is Virgie, she gave us good deal and offered financing options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to friends and family. ?

The sales staff were great. I had a short time line and was shown appropriate selections. Recieved my couches the next day. The delivery crew was great. Very friendly and efficient.

We just came to the store looking for the Quine size bed and when we were checking one, we saw the broken railing. The store manager was so rude blaming us that it was ours fault and then he asked us to leave that bed if we don’t want it. Worse customer service ever

Got a couch/love seat combo earlier today. Painless, but we knew what we wanted prior to going in. I have seen some reviews complaining about the cash delivery fee, but that was explained to us prior to completing the purchase, so I do not think this an issue. Items arrived 2 hours after we left the location.

I had looked on their website and saw they had some pretty decent deals. Went to the store and the second I walked in a very aggressive salesman approached me and asked if I was looking for furniture or appliances. I told him furniture and he said most items were out of stock but showed me the one they did have. He immediately asked me if I wanted to buy it. Hadn’t even sat on it yet. My girlfriend then arrived and he proceeded to keep asking if we were buying today. We told him we just wanted to look. He then brought over another person and told us she knows exactly what is in stock so we could buy today. He also threw in that they have financing so not to worry we could buy today. This was the last straw. Way too pushy. Even though there was a sectional we were really interested in they will not get our business. I will pay more to avoid these sales tactics. Teach your salespeople that there are better ways to approach and engage. Be personable over pushy goes a long way.
