T	Tammy Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a motorhome from Fraserway RV in Edmonton. We live in Ontario so dealt with Karen Young remotely…Karen was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Karen came to the airport and picked us up and also drove us to the registry office to get the temporary permit. I cannot say enough about how helpful and easy she was to deal with. There was an issue with the taxes collected by Tracy in the finance office. We signalled to Tracy that we felt the tax calculations were incorrect but she felt they we accurate, needless to say we ran into difficulty trying to register our vehicle when we returned to Ontario. Although we worked with Tracy to resolve the issue it took sometime so our recommendation is if you are buying out of province be sure to have the taxes sorted out before leaving the dealership. It will be better for everyone involved. Amanda in the parts department was also excellent. We recommend Fraserway RV but as I say make sure the tax calculations are correct if you are out of Province.

M	Meera Bradshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracey the finance person at the Edmonton location allowed Jordan from Fraserway RV Lacombe location to use her office for me to sign the paperwork for the purchase of a travel trailer that was not available at her location. She entertained and provided my 4-year-old daughter with water and provided tremendous kindness to my family. We purchase the stabilizer hitch and accessories from Fraserway RV Edmonton. The time for service to install the hitch was brought out by several hours because our check engine light on our truck came on and we suddenly needed to do servicing on the truck. Jackie comforted me by saying the afternoon was wide open and come when ready. The service staff Dell and Shane were very helpful will getting everything put together so we could drive away safely. Dell also provided my daughter with some markers and a colouring bag. I highly recommend Fraserway RV Edmonton.
