I highly recommended the dealership and Shawn as both were great. I'll be buying another trailer within 2 years and my first stop will be at Visions. There was no b.s. and if you've been through the ringer like go auto, I'd make a stop here.

I went to ALL the dealers before Visions and trust me, we had some awful experiences that mirrored the typical horror stories.
I was so impressed with how different they are I am writing this review.
Their team even stayed to help us on multiple occasions over 4 hours past closing time!!
Their actions spoke volumes as to who they really are.

After nearly 30 years of enjoying our 22 ft bunkhouse holiday trailer, my wife and I felt it was time to upgrade to something more comfortable for us. I started looking online in early spring to find just the right unit within our budget. We narrowed our search down to several different, but similar units and began visiting dealerships to see them in person.
Our experience at most of the dealerships was that they were either too pushy or indifferent to our interests. We saw a number of very nice units, but had one more in mind at Vision RV. It was a Coachmen Mirada 31 ft Class A Motorhome.
When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile by Brad Bychyk. He listened to us and our requirements for an RV. Brad made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. He showed us the unit and went through all the features with us, step by step.
We decided to purchase this unit and worked with Brad and his General Sales Manager, Melanie Blank-Shatford, to make a deal that was fair and acceptable to both parties. All deficiencies noted, were fixed, and the deal was finalized with Finance Manager, Benjamin Garcia.
The last step was to do a complete walk through with Allen Latchford, the Service Tech, who showed us how to operate and/or service the features of the unit. He took the time to answer all our questions and offered suggestions on safe use and care of the RV.
The friendly staff and the great service made it a pleasure to do business with Vision RV and I would definitely recommend them and especially Brad, to anyone in the market for an RV.

We reached out to Bradley while we were out of the country and he was more than accommodating to have a zoom with us and show us our trailer that we were interested in getting for our arrival back in Canada. The trailer was as described and from there we connected with Shauna in the finance department who was easy to deal with. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, they took the time to write our names congratulating us on the front desk whiteboard and genuinely seemed excited for us. Bradley met us and showed us the trailer and then Brandi helped us out with the paperwork. She was SO organized and efficient. The staff who are in the area by the items for sale were also friendly and helpful. Alan from the service department then did out delivery orientation of the trailer and was incredibly thorough (its our first time buying a trailer) and made us feel at ease. We appreciated his patience and in depth walk through. If you want to purchase any kind of trailer- it's worth going to Vision RV even if you aren't local (like us who just moved back from Nicaragua and live in Nelson BC). Thanks vision!
