★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived, there was one woman behind the counter helping customers, two young women in their late twenties, arranging to pick up an RV rental. 20 minutes later this slow woman was still at it when an offensive troll walked in and asked the customers if they would be sleeping together or apart. Eventually he got around to saying that there were no sheets for one of the two beds in the RV. I left disgusted by the incompetent and offensive employees.

I have rented from CanaDream in other locations in the past and have had good experiences. I am surprised that these people have a Canadream franchise. The "old troll" (taken from previous review) has zero customer service ability and would be better off staying in her office in the back corner,

Great customer service and very clean motorhome. Bedding and kitchen supplies came with our rental, so it was easy to pack and go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently rented a motor home to take our family camping. The staff at Cross Country RV were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Before leaving on our trip, we were shown how/what all of the parts of the unit in case something needed to be addressed.
They provided an emergency phone number to call 24 hours if we needed anything. Very much appreciated.
The motor home was clean, easy to drive and my family had a great time. Can't wait to go again. Thanks!
