★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has a nice website and nice customer service agents. I can't speak too much about their actual service as I ended up cancelling 10 days before my departure with a motorhome for which I was charged a hefty cancellation fee: $750!
My advice: don't book with them if you're not %100 sure you'll go no matter what happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent hours on the phone setting up the conversion van specifically for the purpose of testing it out to see if I wanted to buy one and they "upgraded " us to a motor home. This would have been fine if we only wanted a vacation but I was clear speaking to 2 people about why I was booking the van. We're waiting for our money back from canceling the vacation. Why book a vehicle that isn't available?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It served its purpose… the over all experience was unsatisfactory. The unit itself was in decent shape and relatively clean. They had purposely stopped things from being used such as the awning. Presumably people were damaging them I suppose. The interaction with the staff was the most disturbing, I get the sense since it seems to be difficult to rent RVs that they don’t really care about the experience the client feels. They also charged a few extra dollars once returned, which is fine however I had a few questions about the fees and while they responded at the start. They stopped responding. I am trying out RVezy this time to see if it’s any better. I am hoping it’s just Canadream that’s broken not the whole RV rental industry. Happy RVing :)
