Our Salesman, Mark, has a motto of "I like to treat people in the way I would like to be treated" and he very much lives up to that motto. We have had no issues with our purchase, but, being new to RVing, we have called him a lot to get information and advice. He is always happy to help. Everyone who we met there were friendly and helpful and we were under no pressure at any time in the process. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Fortunately, this was not the case! Alvin met us as we arrived, and asked what we were interested in. He didn't push us to look at anything above our budget. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and wasn't pushy at all. Gave us space to discuss our options privately, and we ended up buying a trailer that day! We noticed some very minor issues while we were looking, and they were repaired at no cost before we picked up the trailer later in the week. Don gave us a very detailed trailer initiation, and demonstrated every aspect and function of our new purchase. He was very informative and helpful, and it was obvious he's been doing it for a long time. His helpful tips and lists will come in very handy! Thank you, Don! ? Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very impressed with the low-key, yet professional atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a pre-owned trailer. Their service was impeccable, their prices can't be beat, the financing has no penalties for early payment, and their warranty includes a reimbursement should it go claim-free! Do yourself a favour and take your trailer into and have it inspected from the ground up. At an rv dealer. Response And you forgot to tell them. That the water worked 2 days before you got it. You didn’t save me $4000. Won’t show me bills/invoices for parts. Will show me breaks. But those could be off anyone of those trailers there. As breaks worked before you got it So if anyone wants to take trailer there to sell it. Spend the money to have it inspected by a real rv dealer. Will save yourself the money
C	Chloe Hanson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband went to look at campers for work Leduc location, found a good one and when they went to see if he could get a loan they told him it was too old of a camper for a loan after they already ran his credit, your finance people should know its too old and not damage credit by running it or they need to be educated! Told him after it was too late to get the deposit back as they were closing before he could make it back. Refused to give him a refund over the phone and made him drive two hours so he could have his money back. Absolutely awful!!
