Went in to look at motor homes staff was very friendly and informative and before the end of the day we had all the financing done and motor home was purchased. Excellent experience overall.

Enquired online about a motorhome. Sent emails, put in credit application. Was told that a manager would call me back to get things going. In three days, not one call back. Taking my business elsewhere.

What a great dealership, super easy to deal with, very helpful and friendly. From sales, to finance, to management, this place was great. Found the perfect trailer for a great deal. Thank you so much.

Just want to start off by saying I don't usually give bad reviews. We went in to Competition RV at the beginning of April because they had a specific model of truck box camper I was looking for. My wife and I really liked the unit. IT had just been traded in so it wasn't the cleanest but that is okay. Everything seemed to work as it should. There was an issue at the front driverside corner that needed to be addressed. I pointed it out and said that it was a deal breaker if not fixed. The sales lady was really friendly and not too pushy. I called her the next day to put a deposit on the camper and told them that we needed the camper by the end of April 30 because we were leaving on a 3 week trip to Vancouver island on May 2nd. For about 1.5 weeks prior to pickup, the sales person and myself were playing phone tag. I was not able to get a hold of the owner Wayne as well. Finally left a message with the person on the phone that I was coming to pick up the camper on Saturday the 30th. Finally Wayne called back and said he was unaware that I wanted the camper and that it was pending sale with someone else. But that I will be 1st proirity. (Sales tactic to up the price perhaps). Signed all the paperwork. Theday before I am supposed to pick it up (29th) they decide to inspect it. (130 point inspection they say) Saturday morning they call me and say that they are unable to lift it because a power fack had snapped. (This is the day I am picking it up) Being it is Saturday, they can't get a new one till Monday. (the day that I am leaving with my family for a 3 week trip) I am angry. Monday rolls around. They tell me the jacks came in but they are working on another camper first. I was supposed to leave at 9am. Salesman calls me again to say that they are about to start installation. 1.5hrs. I leave to pick up the camper and wait in the parking lot. They call me to inform me that the job is complete but they found another issue. Not to my suprise, it was the spot that I had mentioned the first time I saw the camper. They had 3 weeks to address it but waited till 2 days AFTER I was supposed to pick it up to look at it. I would not reccommend this dealership as they seem very unorganized, communication us sub par. (The last salesman was fine) So the day that I was supposed to leave camper deal fell through, Stayed in hotels and alternative accomadations for our 3 week camping trip. Thanks guys
