The staff were all friendly and helpful and made the purchase simple and seamless. In addition, I bought when they were doing a spin the wheel promotion and won $800. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Brad at Four Seasons.

Warren and Four Seasons went above and beyond to ensure that we could have our trailer in time for an upcoming big trip to BC and we are incredibly grateful. We found Warren to be very honest and approachable. He knows his trailers and proper towing practices well. It was important to us that our hitch weight was not too much for our truck and Warren understood this priority and helped us accordingly.

We knew the model we wanted and the discussions with Warren were great he didn't waste our time didn't push us in other directions took what we wanted and got us the perfect trailer for our family. Like many other comments indicate there was no BS it was awesome! We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly and with great respect for our time. we have been recommending them to everyone we know and are so happy with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't be happier on our recent purchase of a new 2022 Rockwood trailer. Thanks to Lorne Emmerson for greeting & showing us around upon arrival. To Brad Gray our sales professional who was excellent in finalizing a deal for us. Although we hadn't planned on purchasing a new trailer, we didn't feel pressured at all. We traded our 2021 trailer we only purchased last year from the Lethbridge area, upgrading to one a bit larger. Taylor Magnus (Finance) was excellent. We've been to a few trailer shows / sales & this was by far the best. It was well worth the drive from Lethbridge. Their 3 year free onsite emergency road service is very attractive as well. We look forward to meeting the rest of the Four Seasons team in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a trailer in January 2021. Our full experience with Four Seasons Medicine Hat was great. Our sales rep (Mike) was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. Gave us our space to make a decision.
We did have an issue with the new trailer (no fault to Four Season), it was a faulty water pump, but were able to see the great service from the service department side. Was fixed and got it back in a few days.
Would happily deal with Four Seasons MH again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our trailer from Sacha and his team back in Jan'21 and I forgot to leave a review. Perhaps this is a better time to leave a review and we've been able to have some after sales service and everything has been excellent. We bought over the phone and it was easy to get the unit we wanted along with a price that was fair. There were issues meeting the anticipated delivery timeframe due to pandemic related supply chain issues for Grand Design and then transportation issues but Sacha stayed with me every step of the way doing his best to get me the most out of our short camping season. Pickup went very smoothly and there were hiccups with the pickup but all in all, everything was addressed and I was very pleased. Great support from the entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just received our New trailer from Four seasons in Medicine Hat. It was fantastic service from the start to the end. We live in BC and just happened to find them online with the unit in stock that we wanted. Mike and the sales team went above and beyond sending us pictures and videos and answering the barrage of questions that we had. The service crew was great as well ,accommodating some additional items we wanted and then arranging the delivery and keeping us informed all through the process. We never felt pressured to rush the decision and they delivered on all their promises (and then some). Other dealers much closer to us could have sourced the unit we wanted, but we decided to buy from Four Seasons due mostly to the honesty on pricing with no hidden fees, knowledge on the units they are selling and the low pressure sales tactics. In the end we couldn’t be happier with our decision..
