Bought a pre own trailer from holiday rv. I wished it would’ve gone smooth. They said they did an inspection on the unit but when i got to the place found some issues with the unit ( after talking they reduce the price somewhat to make up for the mistake). I took the trailer to a camping trip , trusting everything else was good. They said they checked and load tested the batteries. The batteries died same day we were camping. Checked the batteries, they were both at 6 volts and there was no water in the batteries. One of the skylight had a huge hole. If you buying a unit from them just make sure you double check everything. Cant trust that many people this days. I had to get the trailer re inspected to make sure everything else was good.

Mike Rahal and the staff at Holiday RV in Redcliffe did an excellent job in providing service for our newly purchased 5th Wheel trailer. The negotiations went very well as well as the installation of options including the truck hitch more than met our expectations. I recently purchased a SylvanSportGo from Holiday RV. As an out of province purchaser, Mike Rahal guided me through the process and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle prepared for towing. He arranged for and delivered a towing hitch to an auto shop and connected me with the right people to install the hitch and wiring harness. He made sure I felt comfortable setting up and taking down my trailer. I left feeling confident that I was safely prepared to make the trip back home.

Really not happy with after sale service! Bought an expensive trailer. Took ages to get parts that were missing, and then it was not all sent to us. We even took it back (quite a distance) to have it serviced. They did nothing. Gave up after too many calls. Poorly run.

Sales are great, but that is where it stops. After having Woody's RV walk out on me during the Calgary RV show I reached out to Grand Design to find alternative dealers for a trailer my wife and I had fallen in love with. I was told about Holiday RV, so I reached out to them and dealing with the sales team there was amazing. The communication was top notch, they met Woody's "show only" pricing, and really worked with me for pick up being I had to drive 7 hours round trip from my house in Calgary to where they are. At the end of our first season I took the trailer back out with a list of a few things that needed to be addressed under warranty. When I dropped off I said I would be back in about a month and it would be nice if the trailer was ready to be picked up then. But 3.5 weeks later when I called they said the trailer had not gone in yet. So I asked them to contact me when it was in and then done. 1.5 months later I called in asking what was up, and was told it still had not been looked at (we are now 2.5 months in from drop off). Over a month later they finally called me up and said everything on my list had been fixed and dealt with. So it took them almost 4 months to get my trailer in and "fix" everything. When I was able to make my way back to Medicine hat they showed me everything they had fixed. One thing they did was replace a spray port that did not have a problem, but they did not do the out side shower which I had told them was a problem. So then we have wait around while the service manager works on getting warranty repair approval and then the service tech scrounging around to find the right pieces to fix this. Thinking everything else is fixed we leave with the trailer, and head out camping for May long. 6 months after having dropped the trailer off. When on the phone with the service manager talking about the repairs that had been done to my trailer before I drove out to pick it up, he assured me that the leaking gutter was dealt with and that he even had a guy up on the roof with a hose putting a bunch of water into the gutter to ensure it was fixed. But our first camping trip out it is leaking worse than when I had dropped it off six months before. It has now been 4 months since then. I have sent 33 emails to Brent at the service department, who for some reason refuses to email me back and tell me how he is going to actually fix this issue he flat out lied to me about on the phone. He keeps telling me to call him, and I keep telling him the last time I did that he lied to me, so I now want him to respond in emails only so I have his response in writing. Despite responding to roughly 75% of my emails Brent also keeps saying that it will take him to long to respond. Even though I have typed up what his response should be, sent it to him, and all he needs to do is take some ownership over the fact that he lied to me, and copy and paste my words right back to him.

Bought a pre-owned trailer from Holiday last spring. A month into our camping season last year we noticed the skylight on our slide out was leaking when it rained. Brought it in, showed it to Stewart the GM and Brent from service. We decided to continue to use the trailer like that for the rest of camping season last year and brought it to them early this year when it wasn't as busy for them. We all decided that taking the skylight right out and sealing it up was our best option and they did just that. I picked the trailer up today and it looks amazing. The Service Dept. Did a fantastic job. Going forward, Holiday RV will be doing all my maintenance on my trailer and when it comes time to upgrade, Holiday RV is where I will be purchasing from. Big thank you to Stewart (GM) and Brent (Service Manager) for a job well done.

Our RV experience began with a trip to Holiday RV on a Saturday afternoon in October of 2018. We had no clue what we wanted, or could afford, or could pull with our new truck. But Mike Rahal, a very, very, very patient man, gave us more than two hours of his time to take us through some units. Mike pointed out things to look for in an RV; things you can't see from the outside. He wasn't in a hurry and took his time to answer the many questions we had. We left armed with brochures and a better idea of what to start looking for in our first RV. When it came time for the annual Indoor Show at the Cypress Centre in February, we were better informed and better able to know what we were shopping for. Again, Mike was ready to spend time and showed us a couple of options, but we settled on our Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608BS. That was February 1, and we had to wait through the dreadful weather of February and almost all of March before we could take delivery. Along the way, I had many calls and texts to Mike and he was always gracious with his time in answering my "newbie" questions. I should also say that everyone we dealt with at Holiday RV were wonderful. Mark and Stewart Scheuerman were fantastic, Ken Jakubowsky in finance was a whiz at getting the paperwork completed, Warren Sanregret was also there with advice and tips. Bruce Smith, Brent Noble and Glen Bader in parts and service were also there with friendly and knowledgeable help. We are looking forward to our first camping experience with our new Rockwood - you'll know it's me cuz I'll be the klutz trying to back into the spot ( not looking forward to that ) but Mike says he'll help me there too. Can't say enough great things about the staff at Holiday RV Super Centre in Medicine Hat.

Well to say the least best experience ever. If anyone knows my husband trying to shop can be a hair pulling experience. Warren was incredible and very very patient. He helped us find the trailer of our dreams. I can't thank you enough Warren. Then there is the incredible Ken. Found us the best rate for financing walked us through the extended warranty and made it easy buying the trailer. Even my husband came out of his office with a smile on his face after spending money?. Thank you Holiday RV the only thing you could do now is get rid of the snow so I can get out there camping ?
