★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father in law and I rented a trailer from this company. Halfway through the trip our tire blew (based on the date stamp the tire was dated 2006). He went to install the spare and it was also also unusable (it was dated 2003). After all the inconvenience of having to buy tires an install them on the highway, they had the audacity to charge him a late return fee (because the shop was closed on the weekend). He tried to contact the owner and he would not return his calls. Obviously this company has no integrity and I don’t recommend renting from them unless you want to take a risk with junk equipment and the potential hazard of driving on the highway with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for new trailer tires and the customer service was outstanding!! Both the lady behind the deck and gentlemen that helped me get my tires loaded and home! We're very knowledgeable and polight. Would recommend anyone getting trailer tires from these folks in Stony Plain location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. We did a lot of research before we went with the fiberglass option. It's lighter and that is what we needed for our small business. It also doesn't get dinged up like other options can. It still looks almost new and it's traveled tens of thousands of km's already!
Now the business has grown and we are going to buy another, bigger from here. You can't beat the staff service. They are AMAZING! Fair prices, great service, excellent and fair prices.

All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe for my long trip, not to mention such fair prices! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and excellent product. I purchased a custom built trailer from them for electrical contracting and to replace an old trailer that I had nothing but issues with. Not only is the new trailer been far superior in every way, they were also more then willing to help repair my old trailer which the original manufactures were not willing to help me with.
I would hands down purchase another trailer from trailers unlimited. They are one of the best locally built products that I have seen in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trailers Unlimited donated a trailer for the week to 4th Spruce Grove Scouts for our popcorn campaign. We fit 10 pallets of popcorn inside!!
We have always had amazing help from the Stony Plain crew and the Edmonton location weekend warriors are super fast at getting you hooked up and on your way.

UGLY but HONEST Motorcycles on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks really saved our bacon today!! 1st trip to Trailers unlimited was to pick up some tires and odd/ends for one of our trailers used to transport motorcycels. That in itself was a great experience since Dawn knew exactly what we needed and the pricing was great. After delivering some motorcycles we had an issue with a bar lock for the side door on the trailer we use the most, that was terrible timing since we couldn't keep the doors closed or locked with customer bikes in it. A quick phone call to Dawn had it sorted and they built us a new bar lock in a couple hours. The gentleman who whipped it together did an extremely good job. The fit is perfect, the look is great and the price was perfect. We are a motorcycle shop and know our industry rather well, but do not know trailer "Lingo" or common practises, And with our experience today and how they took care of us, I can say that we will only be going to them for our trailer needs from now on.
