DO NOT BOOK UHAUL FROM THEM. Make sure you get the rep to come and see your truck and take a recording before you leave the property. I can't believe they charged me for DAMAGES when the truck was given with branches sticking at the roof top. Seating area was so dirty with drink spills etc. Waiting to speak with Uhaul to get this sorted. Unbelievable.

Terrible service - rude and unprofessional. Charged me cleaning fee for "parking in the wrong spot". It's an unmarked gravel lot! Avoid at all cost!

Same negative experience as most. Guy charged me for cleanup with a few scraps on the floor that could be swept out for 30 seconds. Rented from MANY Uhaul's before and never had any issues. This guy tries to rip you off any way he can and doesn't care.

I just had my brand new trailer rust proofed today, Tony and his father John are truly amazing! Also a big thanks to Dominic who did the job as if it was his own vehicle as usual I've been a customer for many years now, and will always come back Great job again guys! Luch DiGirolamo

I made. reservation online for a truck, dolly and furniture pads. On the day I was not given the dolly and furniture pads but as I was running late I decided to not use it. When I received my bill, I saw that I was charged full price for the dolly and furniture pad and overcharged $226 from my actual bill. I called the store several times in which they did not answer most of the times, when I finnally got connected they told me they will provide a refund. I waited a week and did not recieved it so I called agian. Again they told me to wait just 24 hours and it will be refunded. Again, I did not receive any refund. When I called again today they told me they are busy and don't have time to resolve my issue, they told me how are they suppose to know if I did not borrow it at the first place. I know the store is aware they did not rent me the dolly because twice they told me they realize the mistake and will provide me a refund. I am sure they are aware of their equipment stock as well. I am very frustrated and the service is very unprofessional.

Horrible experience. Booked a 9ft van for 11am, got there 5 minutes early and van was not anywhere in sight. Gentleman at the desk at the Rust Check centre told me the van would be here in 20 minutes. Fast forward to 11:45AM, we still had no van. It was only when I said I'm cancelling my reservation, was I offered a 10ft truck that had been sitting there the entire time. Called U-Haul and they were absolutely useless. Basically told me "sucks to be you".

I can't give a lower review so a one start it is. My partner and I rented a U-Haul from this location a week in advance from a big move we were doing to our first home plus hired movers since it was the long weekend. We paid the deposit and had everything planned out to be as efficient as possible. The day of, my partner is at this location a few minutes before 10am to get the U-Haul right away. The parking lot has a couple other cars, likely thinking the same thing. A few minutes after opening, the worker isn't there, thought they were just running late. 10 minutes, then 20, then 30, our movers are at our apartment and we are just waiting for the U-Haul. Long story short, we called the office number, finally got a hold of someone at 11:30am, an hour and a half into our rental and they basically said, "Looks like the guy decided not show up. Oh well. You can drive 30 minutes away and there might be a U-Haul for you at a different location" We are beyond disappointed. U-Haul took zero responsibility for the mistake. Didn't offer to return the deposit, when asked said we would lose the deposit, and because we didn't have the U-Haul, we had to pay even more money than we budgeted for the movers to get all of our stuff over to the new place. Don't rent a U-Haul from this location. From the number of cars in the lot, we likely weren't the only ones that got screwed this weekend.
