Yusef truly is an amazing individual, the most genuine mechanic I have ever dealt with & I have dealt with many. We bring our economy level & High End vehicles to him for service always does great work at a great price. Yusef puts his customers first & treats you as one if his own family. Brought my truck in because it was making strange engine noises. Other mechanics wanted to charge a lot of money and weren't exactly sure what the noise was. He knew what the problem was righ away and told me what it was and how much to fix. The truck works like new again and I've been a customer ever since. The service is amazing! While I waited we talked, told jokes, he offered me refreshments and made sure I was happy with the work before I left. He treats his customers like family. And his prices are more than reasonable.

The location is quite hidden and you need to look around carefully to find it. I had to look up a picture of the front door on google before I could find it myself. Went in with a friend to have his oil change done, and the mechanic, Yusef, was very welcoming, and unbelievably friendly. He made sure we were comfortable, gave us chairs to sit on, and kept cracking jokes and making conversation with us throughout the oil change process. The oil change was quick. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and need an oil change done immediately.

Came in with an AC issue and he was hesitant to even charge me because he had tried putting in refrigerant and thought that would work. Turned out it was a compressor issue. He did work on it a couple days and did a thorough check up of my car (2007) even though I didnt request it. Genuine guy, even told me to go out and check other places for quotes. You don't get that often with mechanics.

Amazing service!! My car started making a concerning sound, and after a quick google search, I called Happy Auto Service because they were close by and open on a Sunday. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, he dropped me off at my requested location, quickly fixed the car and delivered it to me all within the estimated timeline that he gave (3-4 hours later for a rear brake pad and rotary change). I could not have been happier for him making me feel so comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend to anyone as he seems very knowledgable and will go above and beyond to help his customers. Thanks again!!

I’ve had work done at Happy auto service a few times now. The owner and mechanic is very friendly and honest, he is my go to mechanic whenever I need something done. I’ve been quoted below market by him a few times, always tells you the price before doing any work to make sure you’re okay with it. It’s hard to find honest mechanics sometimes, but you can’t go wrong this happy auto service. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I’m sad to say that after using his services a few times now my opinion has really changed. My fiancée and I were in a tight situation due to COVID hardship & also having to fix our car 3 times in a month. Because of this we asked him if we could pay with our credit card. To which he said his machine works only sometimes (we’ve payed using credit card before with no issues). He told us 2 customers were there earlier and the machine didn’t work for them. So I asked him if we could try our luck because we’ve been so unlucky lately, perhaps luck would be on our side this time. He proceeded to scream at us “No I don’t want you to try it”. At one point when I asked him why he said “because I’m racist”. which I found quite funny, I knew he was joking but to joke around like that while discussing something serious is just crazy unprofessional. It was interesting how upset he was just because we wanted to try out luck with using the machine. Because of how angry he was we knew that something fishy was going on. We knew It wasn’t that the machine wasn’t working, it was that he wanted to avoid paying the machine fee & the taxes of the sale, or some other shady reason. He ended up giving in after around 20 minutes of senseless back and forth. His machine obviously worked as he and I knew it would. He didn’t even apologize. Just made more excuses. The reason for this 1 star review is that I am amazed at how poorly a man who appears to be friendly & happy can treat his customers for trying to pay using a credit card. To rage and scream at his customers and blatantly lie about his machine not working just shows his true character, which is deceiving & dishonest. His overall work we’ve never had an issue with. But I guess beware of rubbing him the wrong way or paying with card.

Youssef is one of the best honest mechanic. He works so hard to get the job done and he advice you if youre car really needs to be replaced part or no. Very helpfull and welcoming.

The reason mechanics have HORRIBLE reputations are because of mechanics like this. This place should be renamed to UNHAPPY auto service because he is NOT a happy man! At first I never understood how he had issues with so many clients. I only know this because last year he was venting to me about difficult customers and showed me his phone. He had OVER 20 contacts saved as don’t answer because they were customers who he claimed were crazyy We blindly trusted this mechanic with our vehicle countless times. Although we’ve never had issues with a job he did, we definitely had issues with his lack of transparency/ integrity when it comes to prices / payment. Firstly, he has NEVER provided a receipt. NOT ONCE. He demands cash and convinces you he’s doing you a favour to avoid taxes. While there are pros with cash transactions (for both parties) there are also tons of cons. Yesterday, we went in to pick up our car with intentions on paying with credit. He asked us why we didn’t bring cash and we let him know we want to pay with credit. He told us his credit machine didn’t work for his previous two customers and said he didn’t want to try it again because “ITS NOT FUN FOR HIM” (quoted) I don’t know who goes to a mechanic shop to have fun so I let him know I was fine attempting and figuring out a solution once we attempt. For some odd reason, he became VERY raged. My fiancé and I remained calm and asked him why he was not open to letting us try the machine to which he responded (with his poor broken English) “BECAUSE I AM RACIST”. We didn’t take it personally as it was evident he lacked emotional intelligence and was acting irrationally. After 20 mins of him raging and getting defensive, he realized we we’re DEFINITELY not getting him cash he agreed to try his “broken machine” Guess what… it miraculously worked!!!!!!!!!? Did we get a receipt or some sort of price break down for the work? NOPE. Have we ever? NOPE. He comes off VERY friendly so we didn’t think we had a reason to question him. I could tell he felt extremely embarrassed but instead of apologizing for that 20 minute rage, he went on to tell us we reminded him of a “Chinese guy” (apparently his wife’s cousin?) so that’s why he was sooo upset. (NEITHER OF US ARE CHINESE OR OF ANY ASIAN DECENT ) (I should also add that I let him know if he had come to us politely from the beginning explaining times are rough for him due to covid and cash is much more convenient for him, I would have 100 percent inconvenienced myself and gave him cash) Anyway, make sure to demand receipts and price breakdowns when getting your car serviced here. He may come off as genuine and trick you into thinking his deals are the best but that couldn’t be farther from the truth
