Logan is extremely professional and always gives his honest opinions on any situation that arises, even if it means him not making as much on the job. He has helped me inspect vehicles before purchase and has changed my entire engine for a remarkable price. The entire crew is just a big family and all are very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Highly recommend these guys as they are the absolute best shop I have come across.

I have only been once, but will be back to this location as I know that they would not rip off their customers. They are in business to help customers and to provide a level of service that keeps them coming back. Great people, excellent work and a friendly atmosphere.
B	Brent Thur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logan was recommended to me by someone I'm not longer friends with, have no idea why Logan was suggested. Took my vehicle in for engine repair and it was determined that engine needed to be replaced. Bottom end bearing was making noise. I was given a quote of $6800 which sounded great. Ended up paying $9000 because his technican didn't know what he was doing and broke engine parts. Timing chain parts and injector broke off in head etc. Some of those costs were extras in parts that he thought should be upgraded but at least half were self-inflicted problems. Paid the money picked up the SUV and it was leaking coolant from the second i picked it up. Logan claimed it was coolant coming out overflow because it was overfilled. It never stopped and 3 weeks later the engine bearings let go again. They basically ruined our summer. Spend the rest of the summer returning the SUV for the same problem they could never fix. Worst business experience of my life honestly and caused so much stress and tension plus I'm out about $4000 plus had to have another technician fix the mess they made. At the end of the day the SUV was running better when I first dropped it off. They charged me $9000 to make the vechle run worse than before. I actually considered taking legal action against Logan and his joke of an auto shop but honestly I have no idea what would have come out of it and I just needed the nightmare to end. Anyone who gives Logan business after reading this will find out the truth the hard way. Take my advice and don't even go there for an oil change. If I could rate negative -5 star I would.

Defiantly happy with a service and everything, if there is one thing could be improved, would be the waiting area, wish it was a little bit more tidy .

I liked their setup and took my car for oil changes and later tried them for repair works. Now, Fuzion Auto's is my go to workshop for any car issues. I come all the way from Richmond Hill and I have always been very satisfied. Logan is very humble and gives the right advice. Whenever I have visited them, I always seen them doing engine jobs on big car brands. They do a lot of rotor and brake jobs on a daily basis. This proves their skills and that people trust them with their high-end cars. I've found their charges reasonable as well. Their senior mechanics are very experienced. The only negative i have found is waiting time - which is the case with most mechanics. I will highly recommend them.
