A	A Nabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Rude manager. Be aware that on Saturdays they don't give ride back. You will be stuck. They knew I was gonna return on Saturday and should have told me when I picked up the car. Manager told me to get a private service. By the way car had mechanical issues. Dirty windshield from inside. Dirty floor mat.

Car was clean and service was amazing! I come all the way from Ajax to deal with enterprise location at other locations do not carry the same service. Thanks Brandon!

They didn’t have what I was looking for so he called other locations to try and find a solution. Great follow up and customer service. Truck was clean and smelled good. Overall very simple and easy transaction.

Stuck with few things to do because of my 7 month old baby and reached to return car to his enterprise location like 2 min before closing time. He respected my last min work and helped me to return the car rather then asking me to come back next day. I am sorry being last minute customer. But really appreciate your help. He was very polite and friendly. He explained all procedures very well. Again many thanks for staying back to take my car return. All team members are very friendly and polite.
T	Tahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I was not given a car equivalent to mine since mine went in for some work after I called back and asked for a bigger cleaner vehicle Karl accommodated me right away!!!! He was very helpful with the process and even helped me take my stuff out of the rental and carry it inside where they let me wait for my vehicle. My insurance company also sent my claim to a different location but this location was so helpful to call the other location and get all the information they needed. Karl was extremely helpful and polite. My experience was great.
