★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickup was a 2 hour wait. Car was FILTHY.
6 weeks after we returned the car, we got an additional bill of 99CAD for toll charges of 20+CAD.
They charge a 50CAD service charge, PLUS TAX for paying tolls (which they don't allow you to pay on the spot for).
Complete scam, atrocious service. Avoid at all cost!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No not rent from this car rental company . They have hidden clauses on page 3 . Only allow 1400 km from Toronto to Montreal in small writing . When looking up online prior its unlimited Kms.. 2nd to use the toll road in Toronto hidden Costs . Toll road unable to pay prior to entering or pay after online per self per licence plate as they do in other countries , Costs was $ 9.98 total was $ 81.83 billed.To use toll . Unbelievable . Toronto to Pierre Elliott Trudeau drop off fee of $250 also. Stay clear of this company . Their offices are in a small run down building on Marshall st in Dorval . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY . Poor customer service at return end .
