J	Joel Mosher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up the car last night after 1.5 hours of trying to find the location with no help from the staff. Rude immigrants. Free shuttle to lot was hard to find and staff didn't exactly know how to get me there. The economy shuttle was a half hour getting to me. The Car was supposed to be Buick lacrosse they gave me a Hyundai sedan. Made me sign the damage report walk around in the dark. Gas tank was half full. When I got to my hotel I reached for my baggage and found a old pair of kids socks. They obviously didn't clean the car. This morning I opened the trunk and found a stuffed animals a kids shoe and a toy. This is my absolute worst experience renting a vehicle. I would rate them -5 stars if I could.
B	Bri Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE ! My husband and I made the horrible mistake of booking a rental car from the Toronto airport. Tyhey told us to call the shuttle when our plane landed. We called the shuttle , we were on hold for 30 minutes. No one knew anything about our rental car, despite confirmation emails. Eventually someone told us a shuttle will be picking us up. An hour later no shuttle ! We called to cancel, they gave us a hard time about that as well. Stating we would have to pay a cancellation fee... We still don't understand why they expected us to pay a cancelation fee when they didn't give us a car ? We eventually rented a car with a different company. These people are scam artists - they are now trying to scam our credit card by putting charges on it . This is unbelievable in Canada ! Will be contacting better business bureau.

I rented vehicle through my insurance company and then they charged $250 for service fees because this place was far for me to drop off and they refused to provide ride. I found a rental place close by so they charged me $250. This place is scam and people are cheaters here. Never ever get rental from here.

I have never been to this place ever and somehow they retrieved my credit card information and scammed me for thousands of dollars !!! I called them to confront them when I seen the transactions on my credit card bill and he did nothing but make dirty uncomfortable low key gestures that were very inappropriate, not only are they scammers but I would stay away ladies it was the worst experience I ever had, I felt violated and so so creeped out ,I’m disgusted at what this world has come too !! If there was a - 5 star they would get that !!! Good luck to anyone who goes here or they get their hands on ur card, hope this helps out everyone !!! SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM You can rent a car at a very short distance from the reputable company Enterprise Rent-A-Car with much better services.
S	Sheldon Mullings-McFarlane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called at least 8 rental car services that that judged me for the type of visa I had wanted large amounts of deposits over $1000 until I called these guys they were so helpful with from knowing the urgency of the situation I was in to even helping me with a cab home after returning the car. Very polite, professional felt as if I were a long time friend. The have amazing brand new cars like 2022 brand new and this was an all round wonderful experience. I will never choice enterprise or any major car rental again these guys know how to treat customers unlike anywhere else!!
