β β β β β I have rent a car from this place. The time I picked up the car the gas was half tank.
When I return the car the gas was slightly less than the original level.
I got charged triple the amount needed to fill the gas.
On calling the customer representative he said that they are charging because someone has to take the car to fill the gas in so it covers that cost too!
So ridiculous!!
I am ok if you are charging a fair amount but overcharging and giving me an illogical explanation is simply not acceptable. Itβs a ripoff. And I am very disappointed with this place. Have been renting cars for so long from different places but experiencing something like this for the first time.

β β β β β This was the best experience I've had at an enterprise. Spoke with Abi and he was able to make a last minute booking for me in the drop of a dime. All of this right before a long weekend too! Give this man a pay raise!

β β β β β Had a rental covered through insurance for a week, and needed it for two days past that time - cost occurred out of my own pocket - thatβs fine.
Whatβs NOT fine is the additional days charged out on my credit card without authorization. When I called about the charges, I was told that of the keys are dropped in their box on a Friday after 5pm, then Iβm also obligated to pay for a rental I wasnβt using or in possession of until the Monday following. Iβm guessing itβs going to be the guests fault that a Bolton Enterprise location doesnβt have cars and I have to pick one up on my own time, and in Woodbridge instead - cause THATβS convenient for essential workers - now down to one car in the driveway. But of course returning it to the Bolton location is just fine.
Of course when I call to discuss these charges on my credit card, thereβs βnothing they can doβ, and now Iβm out of pocket, and furious that the charges were not discussed before they hit my Visa.
What a poor experience. Iβm surprised I was actually expecting anything more from this group. Iβll be escalating this up the chain until Iβm pleased wth the outcome. Theyβve made a guest feel anything but comfortable, and they need to understand the value of treating guests with simple respect and courtesy.
Would have gave 0 stars if it were an option.

β β β β β I started renting from this location a year ago and have never wanted or even considered another company or even a different location.
Paul is an awesome person and always makes the customer feel great. Every one there is awesome in handling customers.
In the 15+ times I've rented from there regardless of the weather or the person attending me, I've never had issues with the service they provide.
Smooth checkin smoother checkout, very safe even if you are dropping off the car at after hours.

β β β β β Great experience renting from here, got exactly the vehicle I booked on the Enterprise website (full size SUV). Even got to pick up the vehicle a day earlier at no extra charge and they were accommodating when I asked for an extension for my drop-off time. Brandon and Matt are awesome!

β β β β β I rented a car from this branch and I returned the car the same day I called back I forgot my bag in the car and they told me they are closing I had to wait until Monday. When I showed up I asked if they found my stuff and they said no.. I insisted to check the cameras and see where my bag has gone and they found out that one of thier employees gave my bag with all my valuables to someone else !!!!!!!!!!!! I asked how can you give someone else my stuff they said we don't ask for ID or name or anything!!!!! This is a big franchise and they mess with customers this way who In the world gives someone's stuff to someone else without asking them any question what's their name thier number.... why do we sign papers when we rent a car !!!!! I will be taking legal action against enterprise and this branch in particular and I will not let this go. I demand my valuables back and all I lost because of some employees mess ! I will be going everyday until they find a real solution
