l	lisa Meogrossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Darlington for 20yrs+ and I can't even imagine trusting my furry family member to anyone else(and I'm very particular when it comes to my pet). Between Dr Burns, Victoria and the staff I couldn't ask for anymore when it comes to honesty, compassion, professionalism and patience. They trully are their because they genuinely care about what's best for you and your pet!! ❤??
A	Abdul Wadood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF YOU DONT WANT ANIMAL SERVICES COMING TO YOUR HOUSE DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. I took my pregnant cat in for a check up with Dr. Kaitlin Bahlmann as she was spotting and before she even got scans of my cat she was so negative. Unfortunately my cat's fetuses were dead and she suggested to do surgery on her right away for $3000. I was not entirely comfortable going through with the surgery and wanted a second opinion as this is a big decision. I then took my cat to another vet for a second opinion and did let her know as she called multiple times to find out where I'm taking her so she could send the scans she did over. BEFORE I EVEN GOT A CHANCE TO SEE THE OTHER VET THE NEXT DAY I WAS GETTING CALLS FROM ANIMAL SERVICES, asking about the well being of my cat. They were extremely supportive of my situation and did not give me a hard time. I'm already concerned about my cat and on top of that she made me feel even more stressed that my cat could possibly be taken away. I also just felt this was extremely unnecessary considering I only wanted a second opinion. In my own opinion I think she did that because we didn't do the surgery through her. She would probably say she was looking out for the well being of my cat but I immediately took my cat to another vet especially after knowing what she told us about her current status during our visit to Darlington animal hospital. Even after she knew which vet I went to and asked for their contact information she kept on calling me. I think this was a horrible experience and I hope no one else has to go through it.
a	alyssa chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely would NOT recommend going to this awful vet. Dr. Burns will appear friendly on the first day. He will seem like he is on your side and say something like "we are not trying to run you with fees, we want what's best for your pet". However, on the next day, he will give you an arrogant and condescending attitude and blame YOU for whatever problem your pet has. Then he will pressure you into doing all these tests that are "necessary", but in reality it's to bill you hefty fees at the end of the day (I paid $1K minimum every visit just to find out my pet was fine). They will also make you buy a bunch of different medication and prescribed food that "only they have". He's only in it for the money and doesn't care for your pet one bit. PS They charge $100+ for a fecal analysis meanwhile other vets charge $30 sooo take your money elsewhere and get your pets checked by professional and ethical vets instead.
F	Fidel Jimenez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 2 cats to Darlington last week for a couple of vaccinations each. 15 minutes after I dropped them off, I was called they were done and charged me over $400!! They didn't even trim their nails for that price!! This week, I was curious about the price for spaying one of the kittens at their clinic. They never gave me a final price in written. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, they'll rip you off!!

First of all, on our very first encounter the vet did not listen to any of our concerns and proceeded to sell us on unnecessary medications and products. However, where I draw the line is when I took my cat in for his one year vaccination, and the vet tech suggested we sedate my cat next time he comes in, as he is a bit anxious. I was in the room almost the entire time and my cat was quite calm so not sure where the idea of sedating my cat came from. The tech pressed on buying sedatives for him so much so that it made me extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, all our friends vets allow them to be in the room with their pets when getting their vaccines, and this vet didn’t. I don’t trust this place one bit and you shouldn’t either, not sure why I was told to sedate my pet for a nail cutting and vaccine.

Everyone from the vets, technicians, and entire staff are knowledgeable, caring, and extremely professional. I truly wouldn't trust my dog with another vet and I find them to be a very honest business. I would recommend.

We've never felt so welcome in the last 2 years anywhere else. We will definitely be recommending this Veterinary Hospital to anyone with a dog or cat. Thank you again to him and his team for being so welcoming. We truly appreciate it!

A previous doctor at the time, was the most sincere person and was always a pleasure to see her face and to have her always looking forward to look after my pet. This place had amazing service, amazing people working there, and it was always a pleasure to see familiar faces handling my pet. Now, prices are getting a little ridiculously expensive, service has gone way down, seems like it’s a revolving door of new associates working here on a weekly basis, and my pet has a new associate every time now. This used to be a 5 star place, but 2 seems the high now.
