They were all so friendly and gentle with my puppy during her first visit. The vet (sorry for forgetting his name) was very informative and asked great questions. We also got a little goodie bag for new patients/clients with a ton of useful information!

I just started taking my puppy here. Dr. Justin was patient and answered all my questions (and I had more than a few). I did a lot of research while looking for a vet and I'm glad I chose this place. They're extremely warm and caring with your fur baby.

I don't normally write reviews but I want to share that I HIGHLY recommend owners to come to this vet! I had an extremely poor experience at a nearby vet and really needed someone new to care for my kitten. Although their COVID-19 policy is in effect and we couldn't step into the building, the staff still made it personable and genuinely showed that they cared for my kitten. Dr Dominic Li carefully provided a physical examination and came outside to show us photos of his assessment. He went through the full head to toe assessment - not only did he perform his job well, he interacted with me in a very respectful and fun manner. My kitten had a neutering procedure done here as well and the entire process was smooth; we were informed from beginning to end. Discharge instructions were clear and follow up phone calls were made. I will be coming here from now on. Thanks again :)

Had to share this review. Before I made this appointment I was assured by the receptionist that I was able to bring my 3 year old son in with me. When I arrived it was a different story, the doctor did not want to accept my son and told me it was because of Covid and a precaution blah blah blah...then why did your staff say it was ok? They said it was a miscommunication, Really?! Because I was clearly told by staff that I had no childcare prior to arriving to this appointment. Where was the miscommunication??? I have never experienced such discrimination and horrible service. The only other option I had was to have my scared dog who has never ever seen this vet before go in by himself to get examined and I would have to wait outside with my son. Ummm No Thanks!! Call me crazy but this was my first time there and why would I put my dog through all that stress not to mention I dont know this vet from anywhere to be left alone with my dog. In the 11 years I have had my dog I have never left my dog alone with any vet, he is so scared when he goes in. The treatment I received was unfair and shame on this clinic and all the staff for wasting my time not to mention not discriminating against mothers who dont have any means of childcare and trying to do whats best for my dog. Very disappointed in this vet and dealing with this situation so poorly. Your actions reflect on your business!

I had a wonderful experience with My Toy Poodle Max. It is my first time with a pet so I had lots of questions and concerns. I was greeted kindly, the staff were patient and gave me so much information. Very happy to continue taking my puppy to receive the care he needs. Thank you!

We have been a patient at this clinic for 1.5 years. One month ago, we were in crisis mode with our pup with a potentially life-threatening issue and drove to the clinic to be there when they opened to speak to our Doctor. We were parked out front when the Dr. arrived. He was in the clinic for 20 minutes before the 1st patient came in. The person who said she was "office manager" would not let us speak to the Doctor; she said there were no appointments available and told us to go elsewhere. I don't think the Dr. even knew we were there, and we were being blocked. As a Veterinarian with love and compassion for animals, I would think there is no way he would refuse to help as it is just cruel. We sped down the road to another clinic, where the Doctor came out immediately to talk with us and discuss the next steps. Vaccinations, checkups and conversation is lovely, but we only know how good a clinic is when you need them. North Woodbridge had no interest in helping us when we were scared and helpless. I have since sent three emails asking the Doctor to call me (we have developed a great rapport over the 18 months), and I want to explain what happened and why we changed doctors for our furbaby. I have not yet received a call, and I assume he has no idea I am trying to reach him. I reached out again yesterday and Ashley the "office manager" breezily advised she has transferred 'my file' to the new vet and "if I have a concern I can discuss it with her." Such a disappointment. From the bottom of my heart, please find a clinic that cares and will help you when you are desperate and in panic mode because when you are sitting out front crying and being told they won't help, it is the worst feeling in the world.

Don’t put too much into the negative reviews. There’s always gonna be one offs, crazy people and the fact that we are working with humans. Short story. Got a kitten 7 months ago…she came with fleas. Went to a vet close by in the area. They were idiots there. Got a referral from a friend that had a great experience with her kitten. She wasn’t wrong. The vet was great. Patient, explained everything and all options, never pushy you are in control for what your pet needs, assistants were all very kind and friendly and it was busy (means others have the same experience, saw a lot of puppies there). They asked for masks as you are in close contact with the vet which you should do to be respectful. One of the assistants processed my payment…while the other had put together a kitten pack with a huge amount of info and explained a detail breakdown of cost for spaying etc. I would call back to arrange an appointment and decide what I would want for my cat. Experience was awesome…Charlie (my cat) has a new doc. I don’t write reviews…but I wanted to for this vet. Great job guys and thanks.
