★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their trucks are extremely filthy to drive. Smell like dead fish, and other stinky odor. Some smell like weed. The manager there is obnoxious, inefficient and always trying to play games. Always got over charged with gas. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I run an automotive company where I need to rent out about 10 cars a week to my customers my usual car rental place was closed due to renovations so I called Dollar Car Rental because they are right beside my shop as well and was that a mistake. The representative that came to my shop to deliver my customer the Honda Civic had no idea what he was doing and made so many mistakes and stupid comments that he caused me to lose this customer and not have his car done which was a $1400 job. I advise everybody not to use this company and find a different one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a car online and when I went into this location to pick it up I was greeted with horrible customer service by the manager. He was ignorant, rude, and obnoxious. There was some sort of miscommunication with the site and his own franchised location and instead of explaining it with respect for me, the customer, I was barked as though it was my fault the site had linked him to my corporate discount. I had to call and ask for upper management from the corporation to learn of these different rules and regulations he had to abide by. Overall I would not recommend this LOCATION to anyone. Such a simple problem could have easily been solved but instead I wasted my gas and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic experience renting a car from this Thrifty location. We booked our car online and were helped by Mr. Liu when we arrived to pick it up. He was very friendly and patiently walked us through the process step by step. They seemed to have a large selection of vehicles on site and we ended up renting a brand new Honda Civic.
I'd definitely recommend booking a car here if you're in the area, I know I will the next time I'm here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an intermediate car for one day ( pickup in morning and same day return at 11:00 pm ). Was charged 30 dollars without prior information for under 25 age. Charged 18 dollar extra for weekend. Charged 8.77 for premium location. All these extra charges and the grand total was 70 dollars ( excluding the fuel cost which was borne by me ) which was way higher than the estimate I got on the website. Was almost forced to buy their insurance in spite of having bought my own. The guy at the counter was rude and unfriendly. TL, DR - worst service experience with hidden charges and bad treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me a rate for 3 days and an estimated mileage that I paid up front. I returned it in 2days since the mileage went over by like 10 (it was clearly not enough) I got over charged around 50 bucks for mileage & when I filled up the gas to drive it back to return the car, they said the gas wasn’t full to the very top so I got charged extra for that too. I didn’t even know there was an extra charge until I looked at my credit card statements, I had to call for them to tell me why. I feel they are being so sneaky & money hungry for every little thing they can get. I can see why the ratings for this place was so bad now.
