Z	Zac Rusin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal, I wish I never agreed to deal with them. We had to fire our agent as she was unable to even send us a property listing to look at. And the ones she took us to look at made absolutely no sense for our family. The same agent sold our house prior to all this, I guess they did not like that we fired them to do our purchase so they started to ignore our lawyers and our calls and emails to get the documents in place to finalize the sale of our home. I had to personally drive to the office to obtain the sales agreement. I would never in a millions years deal with this company. update a week later and our lawyer still doesnt have all our paper work from the brokerage. Sad that these people are even allowed to be on business *They sent the buyers for a walk through, GAVE THEM THE CODE TO ENTER OUR HOUSE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. When we called intercity told us the buyers never contacted them or asked them for a walk through, and we shouldn't have let them in. They even suggested that file a complain with the real estate board. The buyers agent was appalled and showed me they confirmed with them via email and even told us she just spoke to our agent.
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to the office manager (Susana?) about the service from one of their agents this issue on the phone, and she mentioned she will spoke to the Broker of the office about the over all poor service by Merita Terpo. Merita Terpo who represented Elda & Nasi Grazhdani. I am extremely unhappy with her service, not professional: Poor communication, poor documentation of the contract, extremely unorganized documentation, late responses with low quality attachments which are not even readable. She never even bothered to provide complete readable version of the signed contract to me and my agent later on. She was not present at the time of the key exchange and promised to submit a good copy of the signed contract forms the day after we signed....but never did!! Also- representing people who are not professional and ignorant, shouldn't be a surprise I guess! I spoke to the office manager (Susana?) about this issue on the phone and emailed the office, and she mentioned she will spoke to the Broker of the office about the over all poor service by Merita Terpo.

He made this process extremely smooth and was able to get what I was asking for. Reception was organized and always in touch with me regarding showings that were booked on my property. Looking forward to working with this group in the future.

The agent that served me identified my requirements well ahead of presenting any properties. I do not have a lot of free time so shortening the purchase process was greatly appreciated. I would recommend to anyone.
R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Intercity realty for over 15 years. They have always been very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and fair. The brokerage staff and team, lead by Mr. Grossi is fantastic and supportive. The agents I have interacted with have always been knowledgeable and realistic, and while there may have been some issues, as there are in any thing we go, the team at Intercity has always been quick to rectify them and correct them as you would expect. They stand behind their employees, agents and customers which in a competitive fast moving real estate world is second in importance only to the experience, knowledge and history they provide their clients. You owe it to yourself to at least go in and sit down with them if you're in the market for a realtor! See for yourself.
D	Dipak Sapkota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to work with an agent named Gary (as a prospective buyer) from the company recently, but he misled and misrepresented; which I knew through Seller's agent. Then I requested him for termination of buyer's agreement as I lost trust on him; he went out of contact after though I tied to contact him many times. Later I had to call him from different number and he picked it and agreed to send termination. He did it but sent a very rude and unprofessional email declaring me as an unqualified buyer where as he sounded like a banker and underwriter both initially. More frustrating experience was that I Reached out to a Manger of the company too asking for a help; he also did not reply my emails for a month and did later after the agent sent a rude email but his response was rude too. For me, the agent and manger both are not accountable and nor do they respect customers!
