V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented their 12-seater van many times. Always picked up the van in very good condition. Perfect for multi-family trips. Staff at Concord are extremely helpful and really caters to their customer's requests. Highly recommend.
m	matthew squeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent a car form these guys!! There staff are rude and have no regard for good customer service. I rented from them when my car was being serviced. The guy was in a rush when we were looking over the car damages . He wrote in the notes that the car had a full tank of gas which it didn't it only had three quarters of a tank so I returned it with the same amount of gas that they put in. I had the car for 2 days and on my last day I called them to let them know that I would be returning the car at the dealership for 6 and the guy I talked with said that it was fine. After all this they said that I return the car at 7 and that the car did not have the same amount of gas that had gave to me so they ended up charging me for 3 days at 40$ a day and they charged me 46$ for gas so the total charge was 164$ for a 2 day rental. I admit the gas may have been my own neglect but the 3-day charge was the real kicker and that's why I'm on here writing this. I will never rent from these small rental companies ever again. Rent from a company that has established like budget enterprise etc

Nick is incredibly disrespectful, swore at me (exact words "I need to f*ing pay up") after they failed to provide me with a contract that indicated what I would be charged for. After charging me, they did not provide me of any invoice or receipt until I had to drive over and forcefully ask them to write down for me what I was paying for (which was a $2.93 407 charge, with a $30 administration charge on top..... scam) I highly recommend avoiding any headache & potential to being verbally harassed.
G	Gevoni Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cars are new and clean. Nick who we dealt with was very nice and easy going upon pickup. Only complaints are 1. Not knowing about the 200km/day limit 2. Not knowing that they rent in a 24hr clock. So even though we returned it by 3pm (had rented at 12 noon the previous day, we were charged an extra day. After speaking with him he cut the cost in half) Overall an ok experience. Would just liked to have known about potential hidden costs. I will admit we didn't ask him if there was anything in terms of extra costs .

Charged me $20 for gas after I drove 17kms (the needle didn't move) then tell me they had to put in 9L. It was a Tiguan, not a transport tuck. Then told I'm lucky that it's usually a $30 charge. Ridiculous. Spoke to Nick, he was NO help.

J	Joey Popz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in need of a moving van last minute and Nick was really great about getting me a last minute booking, even offered rental of a dolly and blanket to help with my moving. Van he gave us was extremely clean. Explained what I was doing and he made a recommendation for vehicle, perfect size for what I needed and really convenient having a shock absorbing/padded mat in the truck. Great customer service. Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs a moving van.

Very upfront about their return policy for rentals, emphasized that gas absolutely had to be returned full, and vehicle be brought back in same condition it left, which is understandable. Run a tight ship, must pick up & return rental on time, as to not inconvenience next customer. Wide selection of vehicles for every occasion. Everyone I have dealt with there are very respectful. I have been dealing with them for years and will continue to do so.
