T	Tracy Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly but it is more of a teenage atmosphere. No licensed lounge to hangout in before and after. Also, the game we did was so hard it ruined the fun. Possibly, making a note on your website of difficulty levels may be beneficial to some.

I got to say this one is definitely the best one. we really LOVE the challenges and the storylines that trapped brings to their games instead of just simple puzzle solving. For the customer service, all I can say its outstanding. We highly recommend the Ancient Pyramid. Can't wait to go back again when they have more games coming out. Really look forward to their Midnight Arcade, sounds like a very interesting theme!

I’d say I like this escape room format better than most, it’s well maintained and has more tech aspects (like doors etc opening automatically when you get the right code) - I’m so excited for them to open up more rooms soon!
