After being with a company for 13 years and then being informed that you are being restructured unexpectedly, you must move quickly on reviewing the terms of the package presented to you, while also managing feeling sad about the job loss. In addition, if it is your first time in a restructured scenario (for you and your partner), you really don’t know what to expect. After calling multiple Lawyers to discuss their service offering, Daniel was different, in that he took the time to provide info on how the process works, what is the basic entitlement scenarios and how we are positioned to counter.
Post signing up with Daniel, he and his team, kept us in the loop on all negotiations, including recommending items in the counter, that we were not aware of being even possible and we ultimately achieved more than what we were expecting…kind of like that feeling when your house is sold for over asking price!
It was a positive ROI to have Daniel represent me and would encourage others to do the same.
