Always friendly service and great value. Ryder Truck Rental is the best experience I've ever had renting a truck. My Truck broke down and I thought I was done for the day, but Ryder helped me get back on the road within an hour.

Customer service is very poor specially Mr. Tom in rental section is a bad employee. His behavior with the customer is very bad. He is very rude.

For a company of it's size, Ryder is an absolute joke. They don't care about their clients. They refuse to pay up when they screw up. Scam artists. EDIT: You would think they'd improve but they just get worse. They sent a $102 parking ticket to collections without even giving us a call. They had supposedly the wrong email, but all other correspondence gets us to fine. No one from their team thought it prudent to give us a call. Rather they dumped it over to collections who have now been hounding us for a $102.00 ticket and of course Ryder being the unprofessional company that they are, have done nothing about it. We would have paid the ticket directly to Ryder.

You are transferred to a US call center to pick up equipment that is brought in for service you lose about 20-30 minutes per visit as you can no longer connect with anyone directly at this location. Although this might seem like a good idea it says a lot about how customers are valued in my opinion. I appreciate your response in these challenging times and the need for safety should take priority here's hoping for better way forward in the future.

It was a very bad company. There are a lot of hidden terms. When you rent a car, it tells you the price is much higher than when you return the car. I can't give you a receipt right after I return the car. Said it would be in 24 hours. You may have to wait and there will be no official invoice for you. This is very rubbish very bad service.

I have used Ryder many times and know the "customer" routine well. I always make sure to return the truck as I receive it. I take pictures for evidence. I fill the gas ( to the point of over flow) , clean up all my garbage and still get charged for gas/ cleaning or miscellaneous. I do not cause damage OR drive aggressively. This has happened a few times. Once I left my travel thermos and was charged for that. I called to let them know I forgot it and wanted it back but it was tossed. Unfortunately the charges come in a weeks after on your credit card hoping it goes undetected. I am currently investigating these situations as they have come to light going back on our records. I hope this can get rectified. FOR THE RECORD I am not saying Ryder is bad company. I'm simply sharing my experience. Future renters please Beware.

I am very disappointed with this location. We've been renting refrigerated trucks since summer of 2020 and they keep breaking down. I've had two trucks rented to me where the gas gauge didn't work. I've had one truck rented where the windshield wipers didn't work (in the winter). Their refer trucks break down every couple of weeks and you have to contact them for another rental. We've recently been accused of putting gas in the diesel truck and they notified me 6 weeks after I returned the truck. I emailed them all the receipts to show proof they were wrong. One of their trucks broke down on the 401 in the middle of a snow storm and my drivers were left stranded with no heat or power for their cell phones. After waiting 8 hours in the cold, the policed order a tow truck to remove the broken vehicle from the highway and our driver had to pay $1300 for the tow. When you pick up their trucks they show this green paper on the windshield that it's undergone a 10 point inspection. Don't buy it. Test everything on the vehicle before your drive away. Wipers, Refer, lights, loading doors, turn signals etc. We recently purchased a new 2022 Isuzu Freezer truck $120K and I requested a walk through with their team member to show me the truck. The front counter just handed me one set of keys and pointed to me where the truck 'migh't be. No walk through. Nothing. The brand new truck was dusty and dirty inside, and tape residue was left on the front windshield. Dealing with sales rep G******t throughout the entire process was equally frustrating, as he seemed improperly trained. There are however some good people working at the counter who were helpful and accommodating. I am looking forward to my lease maturing, so I can return the truck and take my business elsewhere.
