Till I i found this company “Waste connection” represented by a guy called Aaron. Honestly, I signed my contract with them because of his professional attitude. He gave me better proofs and the best service for my money for my 2 locations. I am so happy to use Waste Connections. Thank you Aaron, god bless u

Brian Penacho has been by our side assisting us with whatever our needs may be. From extra garbage pick-ups, bin rentals, bulk item pickups, setting up new accounts/properties, he's our go-to person. We always receive a quick response to any of our questions or requests. Brian has even gone above and beyond and contacted other districts for us to help facilitate a smooth setup of new accounts. I'm glad I did because I received very good service from Cristina Ventura who made the transition very smooth. I've used previous companies in the past and not only were they more expensive, they had poor customer service and their contracts were impossible to get out of. Waste Connections has a very good policy that is fair. They're Canada wide as well so I was able to switch to Waste Connections for our Vancouver branch as well.

The sales rep I was dealing with was Aaron. He was super professional, and also super grounded and humble. Did not come off as a typical annoying salesman, but more so developed a friendship immediately. He often checks up and makes sure we're still happy with our service and that all is going well.
