★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jorge came to take a look at our roof insulation the day after I called to enquire about getting it checked out. He was friendly and professional, and quickly made an assessment. In the end his recommendation was that we did not need his services due to the nature of our existing insulation - I really appreciated not being upsold or encouraged to pursue unnecessary work. I would definitely reach out to Jorge again as I enjoyed my interactions with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company is excellent. Between John and Alex they do everything to ensure your place is restored 100% as they say. It was my first time having a flood and I contacted Alex. He took the time to explain how everything works when I was faced with the flood.
They workers were very friendly and patient, they were also respectful of my belongings during reconstruction. You won’t have to worry about anything going missing, honest workers.
John went out of his way to ensure everything requested was done. He gave me time to check things and adjusted what was needed before finishing the project.
I highly recommend Restoration Canada for reconstruction, renovations
and catastrophic responses in floods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada’s Restoration Services quoted me $13000 to remove vermiculite from our attic. Two thirds of the way through the job they demanded an extra $5000 to complete the job or they would pull their guys from our job. The owner of the business subsequently contacted us and apologized on behalf of the company for the manner in which his employee interacted with us and he refunded us $1800 of the $5000 we had paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lester, Jose, And Danen remove our asbestos in more than one room after Jorge inspected the house. Jorge was very experienced and professional and he provided us with a good quote (with a discount). He got us a removal appointment the next day we called, which was awesome.
Lester, Jose and Danen were amazing and cautious in dealings with asbestos. They removed the carpet and asbestos till we had our subfloor clean and nice. They got all their professional tools to not had the asbestos exposed in the house. They cleaned the area very well before leaving. Thank you guys

Jorge was friendly and professional, but most of all he understood the needs of our family, and was able to arrange remediation immediately, at a reasonable price. The removal team of 2 people showed up on time. They were nice, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and explained what was going on every step of the way. I'm really glad we hired this company, and I would highly recommend them.

Their professionalism and experience distinguished them from the competitors that I contacted. I would definitely recommend that you contact them for issues relating to water damage and mould in your house. I would have used them if I operated as the general contractor and contracted various trades. However, I selected a contractor that could manage the entire project to address my water issues completely.
