My wife and I would like to thank the Capable team for the professionalism they showed from the first day they came to our home to the last. Among this astounding team, there are a few that stood out. We are very thankful to the designer. The ever sweet Ludmila for her patience and unique mind that captured our imagination and put down the design on paper. And then of course Mike, the project manager for his dedication to seeing the whole process ran smoothly to the end despite a few challenges here and there that he was quick to straighten out. The basement renovation has been our new source of relaxation and would most definitely recommend Capable.

Amazing, I strongly recommend them. Had our basement done and they did a fantastic job, finished on time and at exactly the price they quoted us at. They were incredibly professional and thorough from beginning to end. Micheal is the best, completely dependable and a perfectionist which I appreciate. I've done many renos over the past few years with many different companies and many different trades and let's be honest, there are always issues, delays and disappointments. I am happy to say that for the first time in my life, I found a company who actually comes through with their promises and delivers an exceptional final product. After meeting with multiple contractors and still being unsure on what to do and who to do it with, my wife and I were lost. That is until Yan came over, he quoted us on the spot and gave us different ideas and plans. His detailed quote was simple to understand and very thorough. Without hesitation, we decided to give the job to Yan and his team. The following week, we met with the the designer, Ludmila and she began doing the drawings. The drawings were full of details, including things like where the bulkheads would be and where all the plumbing stacks were located. After a couple minor revisions, we finalized the plan and we were ready to start our renovation. We were given a start date, along with a 2 week schedule for what was happening every day for the next 2 weeks. I was pretty hesitant when I first got the schedule, I didn't think they would be able to even get the work done in those 2 weeks as it was a lot of work put into a relatively small time frame. Not to mention the fact that there are always delays with construction/renovations. Well, every day of those 2 weeks went exactly as scheduled. The framer actually finished a day earlier than planned and the other trades, plumber & electrician were on site at 7:30am on the days they were scheduled. For lack of a better word, I was shocked to see how this was going. This was almost too good to be true!

From the start, Capable offered the best value on their quote for a full service, reno company. They stayed on budget, and they provided a schedule at the start, and they hit every deadline, including turning the finished basement back over to us the week they said they would. Can’t say enough about their customer service from Yan, Amar, Kate, Ludmila, and Chris, not to mention the professionalism from all their trades. Would recommend them to anyone, and will be contacting them again for any future projects.

We recently hired Capable to renovate our basement. We had quite a dungeon full of brick down there and didn't know what could be done. All of the employees at Capable were terrific - Yan who provided the initial quote, Kate the designer whose vision turned our basement dungeon into a bright welcoming space, Ludmila who is an organizational genius, from the demo guys all the way up to the tradesmen - all were professional, efficient and did great work. We are very happy with our new space, and have received many compliments, usually starting with "oh my god, I can't believe that is the same space!". We will definitely recommend Capable!
