★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company and I'm very happy with their service. Gabor's team was professional, efficient, and did a great job at my house.
I had a pipe burst and Gabor's team was able analyze the situation and recommend the best course of action. Thanks to Gabor's quick solution, my hardwood floor did not need to be replaced. In addition, the living room was properly sealed off when the drywall was cut open, and crew cleaned up the living room before they left for the day.
If I have another situation with the house, I would not hesitate to use Gabor's team again. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a plumbing issue fixed, but the leak had caused water damage. The plumber recommended Zoltan. Within 45 minutes, Gabor was at the door. He explained what would be done, and gave me a fair estimate. He came back the same day to set up the drying equipment. A couple of weeks later, Zoltan came by to finish the job. Great work, and super guys. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency water leak through our roof . TD insurance sent over their preferred contractor "First On Site". They were beyond incompetent. The demo crew didn't even have enough tools. They borrowed my drill gun, screw drivers and stool. I kicked them out and I called United Water Restoration Group of Toronto to come and they were very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They were a very responsible crew and this helped to relieve a lot of the stress we were going through because of the disaster we were experiencing. I recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pipe break in our basement Gym, had the plumber in who repaired the break and suggested we have United Water Restoration come in to clean it up. Within the same day Gabor and his team showed up provided an estimate, commenced work, dealt directly with the insurance company, and in and out in two days. Very thorough, professional and caring. Strongly recommend United Water Restoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called United Restoration Group when our sump pump failed to turn on causing the pit to overflow and flood our basement. Within an hour or two Gabor and his team were at our door...Flooring and baseboards immediately removed, fans and dehumidifier setup, disinfectant sprayed, and basement sealed off. Once everything was dry we decided to hire United to put the basement back together (they worked directly with our insurance for quoting which took some stress out of the process for us). The timing and organization of work was flawless. The repair happened fast and was top quality - Gabor made sure of this. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the management of the project. Gabor was available and responsive at all times (which we know from experience is rare), even working on the weekend to ensure timelines were met. Overall couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.

They sent a man named Zsolt to give me an estimate he gave me an estimate for the work as well as the project length. Once the project began his team was fast and hard working, they had good communication skills. In addition, they are able to adapt to what the customer wants whether its adding or changing something in the project. The overall quality and experience is worth sharing and recommending them to other people.

Insurance had a number of requirements and hoops to jump through. The team at UW Resto was there along the whole way and provided all documents insurance required. Zsolt was the PM here and was available to text, call anytime - Great individual, he was onsight within hours of contact and didnt stray from any questions, rather he encouraged asking questions.
In the end, insurance had a recommended vendor and after evaluating both, we stuck with UW.
The second part was the time to be aware of as we had tenants to repair prior to them showing up where the only delay was caused by insurance. The team here at UW pushed through this project with ease.
