★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They no-showed without cancelling. In fairness, the appointment was made prior to and for a date after a severe weather event throughout Ontario, but a notice they couldn't make it would have been appropriate. They did apologize in an email after-the-fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fire in my home December 2020. It is now April 2022 and the original damage restoration was not repaired properly . Repairs need to be made to the repairs which PDavis is hesitant to complete. PaulDavis Bracebridge is very unprofessional and obviously take advantage of people when they are most vulnerable. Reputable contractors are hesitant to work for them leaving the clients subject to shoddy repairs.I would not recommend this company to restore my dog’s house knowing what I do now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emergency response was quick and efficient to dry out all area affected by the water flooding to prevent any mildew growth.
The moving staff was considerate to ensure any debris were picked up and removed.
The different subcontractors were scheduled very timely for its different job.
Pauldavis' project manager and project coordinator were very quick and good in following up of how the work was progressing and if we (home owner) was satisfied with the work done. Overall we can really say that we were very satisfied with our experience with Pauldavis. We would definitely recommend Pauldavis to anyone who is in need of restoration services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have any choice in companies stay AWAY from Paul Davis. This company is the biggest humiliation of a “company” I’ve ever encountered. Our condo flooded due to the unit above having water exposure. Our insurance appointed Paul Davis. It’s been downhill since then. They are (without fail) ALWAYS late. They were late by 5 hours for our move. When questioned why they didn't arrive on time we found out the drivers and the project manager (Nav) were both telling separate stories. The PM either lied to us or was so out of control of his own project that he didn’t have a clue what the reality of the plan was. They are completely unresponsive to any contact unless you call multiple times (no emails answered, no text messages answered). You have to call them to find out when a plan has changed, which is ridiculous considering they call their workers “project managers”. They incorrectly recorded all of our damaged items and I was sent a spreadsheet to literally fill in myself from memory, even though they assured me they documented all items. Completely unacceptable and I am speechless. I can’t believe this is who we are given in a time of crisis. If you have any choice in companies stay AWAY from Paul Davis.
* edit: your reply uses the excuse of weather which is completely false. I also received an apologetic phone call stating how out of the ordinary this service was yet this reply on google is a completely different tone. Public vs. Private responses vary drastically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had water damage in my basement from a burst pipe and this company was sent to me, for service. Unfortunately, they made false claims, took so long to clean items taken from my home for cleaning, as well as the actual clean-up and charged me top dollar for it. Fortunately, my insurance covered the tally. However, please be aware of these peoples false claims of either mould, asbestos and such-like substances, just so that they can get to charge you or your insurance more money. I had the foresight to get another estimate and found no mould, asbestos or anything remotely close (to their deceptive claims) thus, I had another party finish the job, honestly and on time. Please, be aware (as a customer) question everything and get it in writing too. All the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced extreme water damage this past weekend caused by another condo unit above me. As a first time home owner - this experience was overwhelming to say the least. Paul Davis went beyond all expectations in service and customer care.
Each person I was in contact with was professional, thorough, and communicative. They were very clear on what they needed to do, how they would do it and what the next steps would be.
The onsite emergency team were amazing. They removed all my flooring in an organised manner, were careful with all my property, used professional and suitable equipment to get the job done and most of all - were charismatic and empathetic the the stressful situation.
I would recommend this company and team to anyone in need of their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a water leak, my insurance contacted Paul Davis York Region to help me. I was so stressed out! Paul Davis representative N.S. (no full name given due to privacy) provided excellent customer service, he was knowledgeable, offered explanations as to why certain things needed to be done & helped me throughout the process. I had to get large drying machines to stop damp & mold from occurring. I had to get a new floor, the floor installed is beautiful! Thank you Paul Davis. Paul Davis York Region & N.S. worked hard to get the job done & made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Paul Davis York Region 100%. My experience was top notch! Top drawer! N.S. provided the best customer service I have ever experienced.
